You changed my reservation to a different car ** minutes before reservation started and the new car was two hours away.. I already traveled * hours to get to first car.. I was told ** minutes prior with no way to get anywhere.. Lost all my money as you dont refund immediatley.. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.. I cant tolerate the unprofessionalism and Im horrified by your so called solutions.. Cancel my account immediately.. I dont wany anything to do with your horrible company..
GetHuman-xpertent did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
