Hi, I've called nearly a total of ten times in regard to the suspension of my account. Each time I call, a representative says that the account will be under review and someone will get back to me in *-** business days. My account was suspended because I was inactive for more than ** days, but i've been wanting to get back to using zipcar for over a month now, and no one is helping me! I don't understand at this point
