Hi. My name is Chinise Pullen and This is the second email that I am writing in order to find out what is going on regarding Zipcar. I have to attempted to sign up multiple times for Zipcar between doing it mobily and on a physical computer. It would bring me to the screen to get started and I have to choose which route to go which I choose opening a new account individually and then it brings me to the screen to choose which plan either monthly or yearly which I choose one and then it brings me back to the get started screen again and it just goes back and forth over and over again and it won’t bring me to an actual application page and it really irritating to me because I want to apply and it won’t let me. What do I do now?
