Hi,*I have been a zip car memeber for almost ** years but I’m on the verge of asking to cancel my account**Tonight I booked a car under my account but by mistake I brought by husbands card, I seem to have lost my card. I called zip car and was holding for close to an hr to speak to someone to change the booking. Because I had booked the only car close to me (the others that used to be close seem to have disappeared) there was no other option.*I waited on hold for ** mins before I was able to speak to someone.*I asked if they could credit me for the hr that I was waiting and your rude supervisor told me that he could do nothing to help.*This is unacceptable why is it ok to make me wait * hr for service?*Your company used to be amazing. You were accoomodating and help ful. All I got was rude and arrogant.*Should I cancel my account. The agent I spoke to said I should.
