To Whom it May Concern, *My name is Lindsay Dwyer. My Zip Car member ID is : *******. The last three digits of my drivers license is *****. I recently had a reservation on September **th that was scheduled to last from *:**pm to **:**pm. I picked up the vehicle from *** E Ohio in Chicago IL. The vehicle is a Ford Escape *WD called "Eggroll"**I have a horrible experience with this reservation. I drive the vehicle to the planned location and upon exiting the vehicle, I pressed the "lock" button located inside the car. NOWHERE on you website or mobile dat does it state that these locks should not be used. It is beyond ridiculous and incompetent that a customer cannot press a button inside the vehicle they are paying to rent. I'd recommend at least attempting to inform your customers of this potential problem. **This caused the reservation to cancel immediately. When I attempted to scan my card to re-enter the vehicle, the car alarm went off and would not let me in. I placed SEVERAL calls to customer service where representatives attempted to unlock the car remotely, which did not work. I spoke with two different supervisors and multiple uninformed customer service representatives who did not help. Finally a supervisor named Justin placed a call to M&N towing to have someone come and unlock the car. I HAD TO WAIT TWO FULL HOURS FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. I was assured that someone from Zip Car would follow up with me, and nobody ever did. **I did not get home until around *:**AM. I DEMAND a full refund for this horrific experience. Please have a supervisor or someone in upper management call me immediately to assure me that I will be refunded for the entirety of this mess that was caused my YOUR company.
