Help with my Zipcar issue

I applied approximately * weeks ago for an account. The application stated I would receive a card in the mail but I have not received it yet. I am afraid someone else may have gotten the card and hopefully are not using it or planning to once I have deposited money on my card. This is an urgent matter as there have been mail thefts in my area.
GetHuman-blkhkr did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.

We are waiting for GetHuman-blkhkr to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
