Made a booking for *hr reservation, paid for it, get to car and no keys! Call customer support, they give me another van and I get charged for a **whole day for backup van zipcar gave me after original reservation was screwed up ($****) * my original reservation ($**) * ($**) uber to get to other car* ($**) extra hour to person who was going to help me move some stuff cause I was late getting zipcar because of incident**I paid over $*** for my original reservation that was suppose to be $** dollars**this is bull, please help me resolve this before taking my review to yelp and Twitter and BBB
