Good afternoon.* i did have previously call to express my mecontantment. i still waiting for the email you should have reply following my request but nothing have been done .*it’s about my billing for the trip *August **, **** *:** PM -**:** PM* You did charge me way to much! i ‘m agree do the fact i forgot the time and be charge $**. but then i express the fact to yout staff on the phone i will be late so why telling you! and you charge me every ** mns ? when actually i prevent you .*i hope you will work on in otherwise i better used Uber .*Thanks
