******* **Because you all show no empathy, I will be filing complaints all over the internet, will be cancelling my membership along with the main owner of this account and will let everyone know you do not value your members that follow the rules and report damages and whatnot. You guys are a joke. I had to euthanize my cat, forgot my credit card and now you all want to charge me to retrieve it!?*I explained this and waited for over an hour for any answers and had no empathy what-so-ever. So, Car*Go it is! Unless you all can rectify this and show that you have some value for your customers, I will definitely let everyone in my life know what a crappy company you are. (believe me, there are a ton of people who think they want to use your service in Chicago, I'll let them know otherwise)**Rachel Hannaford
