We reserved the Crosstrek AWD Lucius on Saturday, August **th **:**a.m.-**:**p.m. which to my surprise was a great ride after I got accustomed to it. The color of the car (burnt orange) was interesting too. I want to report scratches, scuff marks, and a piece of the front car light area that was missing when I picked up the car. I don't want to be blamed for damages I did not cause. The car also had an old cigarette smell to it. I took pictures of the damages if Zipcar needs them.
GetHuman-nlr did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
