Hello, * *I am a old user and big fan of Zipcar. But my account was suspended because of a accident in last year. I was so sorry and regretful about the accident. I remember that day I drove straight, and that driver planned to turn left. I underestimated that car speed. I was thinking she could finish the turn. Unfortunately, the accident happened. I was regretful that I should slam on the brakes quickly. My accident caused a big loss of your company and made my account suspended. I was so sad about the result. * *Zipcar brought a lot of conveniences to my life. I really enjoy the car sharing concept. Everyone shares a car, not only reducing the environment impacts, but bringing conveniences to our life. My daily life really needs Zipcar. So, could your company reconsider my account status?
