My account was suspended in April and I was never given an explanation. In August I called zipcar to find out why and they told me I owe $*. I tried to sign in to pay the money so I could get my account back but it’s not letting me log in and when I try to change password it says to call member services. I called two weeks ago and they said I should be receiving an email about how to get back into my account and I never did. I would really like my zipcar account back
