I’m emailing for Kent Dalrymple (***-***-****). We booked a car from *pm to *pm and it is now *.**pm. Both of us have been on hold with customer service (haven’t spoken to a human yet) as the car is STILL not at the pickup spot. We are renting it to attend to a time sensitive matter so please advise. We demand a full refund for our trip as we had to pay extra to get to the event and were not able to get ahold of Zipcar.
