The issue in GetHuman-cru's own words
I have had a personal account with Zipcar. Since January I have tried to join my company account to receive discounted fares and half off my annual membership. I have emailed the Zipcar rep, called customer service on several occassions followed their instructions and still it has not been resolved. I was charged my regular annual membership recently and can't get an answer or phone number other than customer service of person who can assist.
GetHuman-cru did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
