Hello,**I just used my Zipcar for the first time yesterday. I originally scheduled it for **pm - *pm. However, I arrived back at the drop off location just before *:**pm. Therefore, I changed my end time from *:**pm to *:**pm in case someone else needed the car. I wasn't aware that there was a reservation change fee, even for moving up your drop off time. Is it possible to have that charge removed from my bill since I wasn't extending my reservation time and it was my first time?**Thanks for your help.
