To whom it may concern,**My daughter Deborah Liu joined Zip car membership and were expecting the card to be mailed to her this week.**She wrote home address online, but she has mentioned that you please mail the card to her school in Madison, Wisconsin. She also gave you a call the next day and got your confirmation of the mailing address (Madison, WI).**Today (Thursday) I got the mail in California!! Deborah needs the card for the car on Saturday early morning, so I used UPS next-day shipping to mail to her to guarantee her to get the card tomorrow (Friday).**It cost me $**.** due to your mistake.
