Hello,**I hope this message makes it way. I previously tried contacting zipcar by email but realized it did not go theough. On *********, I reserved a car from **-*:**pm. I cancelled that car to reserve another car from **-*:**pm. However Zipcar has charged me for BOTH cars. In addition to those two charges, I also received a late fee. I returned the car early* I returned it about ** minutes before the reservation ended. Because of these charges, my bank account balance also fell to a negative balance and received an overdraft fee. I received unfair charges and I would like the wrong charges to be cancelled.
GetHuman-mhcha did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
