I reserved the VW Golf to pick up my parents from Newark International Airport as they arrive for my wedding. There have been some serious thunderstorms in Miami and delayed their flight * times. As such, I tried to adjust my reservation time to make sure I don't have the car too long. Unfortunately, the flight got delayed again and I keep incurring fees on the car. Is it possible to eliminate the fees or cancel the reservation. I will need the car later tonight, but the flight is so unpredictable that I don't want to book until after they take off. I have been a heavy user of Zipcar and if you cannot accommodate , that will make me very upset.
