I was charged a late fee for my zipcar reservation on June **, ****, however I did not return the car late. I reserved my the zip car from **am-**pm, but extended my time to **:**pm and returned the car at **:**pm. I would like a refund of the $** late fee because I did not return it late with the extension of the reservation. **Besides the $** late fee and $*.** rental cost, I was also charged an additional $*.*** I do not understand what that charge was for.
GetHuman-emilyyy did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
