I just signed up yesterday for zipcars and today I wanted to cancel the membership. I was met with a rude customer service rep named George. I told him it wasn't clearly stated that the application fee was non refundable and he proceeds to argue with me. I shouldn't have to lose **.** dollars for service I am not using nor deal with an unprofessional rep. Please refund the money or I will have no choice but to escalate this to the better business bureau. member id * *******
