I am receiving an error message when trying to log in, stating that my email address is not valid. Despite following the help instructions diligently, the issue remains unresolved. I receive emails using the same address and even logged in with it to contact support, but I am unable to get any emails from ZipRecruiter. The support responses did not address this problem adequately. When I attempted to receive a confirmation email, I did not get it, even though the system indicated it was sent. Please address this issue and reinstate the email alerts for my account. Thank you.

I spent two hours trying to download your "GREAT" app. Finally, I thought I could update/edit without delays. After a notification popped up in my new FANTASTIC app, I lost all my data. When prompted for my name and resume upload, everything vanished. Can you fix this issue? It seems like your well-intentioned app lacks functionality. I recently had a concerning experience with a company named Alight Solution. They claimed to have found my resume online and asked for details via Google Hangout at [redacted] During what was supposed to be an interview to assess my computer skills, they immediately offered me a job and requested personal information for an employment letter. This escalated to them wanting me to deposit a check into my account to buy software for the job, making it clear that it was a scam. They tried to rush the process by offering a $[redacted] security tracker. This was for a supposed online job under the HR DESK category. I am a regular user of ZipRecruiter and seeking advice on avoiding such scams in the future. I have reached out to LifeLock and Wells Fargo, with plans to contact my other bank. Please be cautious if approached similarly.

I recently interviewed at Viper Raceway and was promptly hired as an office assistant. The owner, Dillan Anthony, had some unusual strict rules about hygiene and cleanliness in the office, which made the work environment challenging. He had us working long hours with little regard for our time, even making questionable hiring and firing decisions based on personal reasons. Communication with him was difficult, and concerns about payment and the legitimacy of the job were raised as some of us struggled to get in touch with him. It became frustrating when he became elusive and unresponsive. It's important to note the unprofessional practices experienced at Viper Raceway and consider potential issues with payment and job stability for employees.

I am having trouble with my ZipRecruiter app deleting old saved jobs and saving new ones. I've already tried using Chrome and clearing cookies and data cache as suggested by Zip's support team. However, I feel like this may delete too much of my data. I'm looking for out-of-the-box ideas to solve this issue. Should I create a new ZipRecruiter account with the same job alerts and a different password? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am a design engineer and Creo design specialist, Charles Wiechard ([redacted]). Since being laid off in February [redacted], I have applied to over 30 jobs on ZipRecruiter without success. Although my applications have been viewed a few times, I haven't secured any interviews. Despite my skills and experience, I wonder if the issue lies with me or if it's due to the impact of the coronavirus on businesses and their hiring processes, or potentially a concern with ZipRecruiter. As the Head of Sales at Recasher Corp, I posted a job ad on ZipRecruiter in the USA because our company is based in California and we are looking for employees in California. I am currently in Austria for work and unable to access my applicant page to communicate with candidates. Every time I try, I get redirected to the .de site. I urgently need access to the US site. What should I do?

When I receive an email notification that matches my criteria, it states "I am interested in you for my (position)". After clicking "I'm interested," I am directed to ZipRecruiter, where it confirms my application for Machine Operator at (Company Name). Upon reviewing the job details, it falls short of my salary requirements. It would be helpful to have the option to "remove my application" with a simple click at that stage, perhaps beside the "Am I qualified" button, as I am already aware that I am overqualified. I am having trouble finding suitable job matches on ZipRecruiter. When I try to reach out for help on their website, I only encounter automated responses. My experience working at Amazon was disappointing. I never even got to meet my supervisor due to the high level of automation. The working conditions were not favorable, as strict policies lead to immediate dismissal for being a minute late twice. Additionally, mandatory overtime and holiday work were required, but overtime hours were meticulously calculated to avoid paying extra to employees.

Hello, I need assistance. ZipRecruiter recommended using the email address [redacted], but my account is set up under [redacted] Google is not verifying this email. ZipRecruiter can confirm that it is me or they can change my address from [redacted] to [redacted] so Google can verify it. I have been trying for a long time to change this email address with no success. I have not been able to contact ZipRecruiter before, so I am hopeful this message reaches them. Additionally, I am unable to apply for jobs in Pennsylvania as my license is from New Jersey. I would greatly appreciate it if ZipRecruiter could send me job listings from New Jersey for positions like Marriage & Family Therapist and Therapist for Seniors as I am an LPC/Therapist. Hello, I am having an issue with my email address [redacted] not getting verified by Google through ZipRecruiter. I believe ZipRecruiter needs to either verify this email address for me or change it to [redacted], which Google might then verify. I have been unsuccessful in changing it myself for a while. I am located in NJ and specifically looking for Marriage & Family Therapist and Therapist jobs for seniors. I have not received a response from ZipRecruiter despite sending this message a week ago. I need to report fraudulent employment activity. I applied for a job on Zip Recruiter, got an offer, and then got scammed for an online position. I received a fake check for an at-home office setup, which led to my identity being compromised and my bank account being restricted. Today, I applied for another online position on Zip Recruiter and discovered through the company they do not have any hiring activity at the moment. The fraudulent company using the name RA Engineering is listing fake job postings and using real employee names to lure people in. Zip Recruiter should improve their screening process for companies on their platform to prevent this kind of situation. It's unsafe, and people are suffering severe consequences.

I keep receiving job postings for positions that are not in my town or even in my region in Texas. The city of Bowie, TX [redacted] is in Montague County, while the postings are for Bowie County in far east Texas, a [redacted] to [redacted]-mile difference. Evergreen Life Services for intellectually disabled individuals is likely in that area, not in Bowie, Texas. Please refrain from sending me anything for Bowie County as the commute is too far for a job paying $10.50. It does not reflect well on your professionalism when the postings are not double-checked for accuracy, making it seem like a scam. This issue is significant for those receiving unemployment benefits; if they don't apply due to incorrect information, their benefits may be withheld while the authorities investigate. This puts undue stress on individuals who are unemployed through no fault of their own. Thank you.

I need help deleting my profile. I have a profile on ZR but never set up a password. Now, it seems to be corrupted, and I can't delete it. I eventually reset the password (or created one) because I had work to do on the account. However, I've noticed that people from various locations are accessing my account, and now my computer is indicating it's corrupted, making it impossible for me to sign in. I want to begin anew and set things up correctly but I need to have it deleted. Please assist me promptly.

I found a job offer online where I created a work account. To start receiving tasks, I had to invest money into my ZipRecruiter account. After completing my tasks, when I tried to withdraw my money, my advisor informed me that I needed to replenish 50% of the amount I wanted to withdraw because there was an error when I requested the withdrawal in pesos.
