I just received my bill and I see you charge me twice in December. I have only one listing at this time. You charged on November **, **.*You charge on December *,* of December Both times for $*.**. This is so high for the month of December.*I have not received one good tenant that could qualify for my home with my requirements. *I need a credit back to my card, and also I would like a full credit for the month of December*Apartments .com does not charge anything. Why are you so high. I do not use your services*for checking out a tenant. I do that myself. Help !!!!!!!!!!!! Need my credit and need a break*Thanks Fran
