I've contacted you twice with no response. I need assistance with my listing for our DUPLEX under Multifamily for sale. The Duplex has only one PID#. Both units are included in the sale. After listing the property at $499K, Zillow estimated its value at $501K, which I agreed with. However, after a slight price reduction, Zillow now values it at $330K, which is significantly lower and impacting our chances of selling. Feedback from investors suggests listing it at $[redacted]-$460K for a quick sale. The duplex is located in a single-family neighborhood and should not be compared to single-family homes due to its unique features such as separate entrances, utilities, meters, and renovations done in [redacted]. Hello, I am Austin Wood. I recently applied to rent a home at [redacted] Bosley Road, Cockeysville, MD and paid $29.00 for a Credit Check and Background Check. The credit report was generated correctly, but unfortunately, the background check was not completed. I tried following up on the third party website but still did not receive the background check. This led the prospective landlord to deny my application when we met to sign the lease. He mentioned that while everything else looked great, he needed the background check for final approval. I am disappointed to have missed out on this rental opportunity due to the incomplete background check and am requesting a refund from Zillow.com to rectify this situation.

Hello, I need assistance with correcting the Zillow Zestimate for my property located at 5 Colonial Court in Henderson, Kentucky. Our street consists of 6 identical houses built by one man for his family, except for #4 which has added an extra room. My house, #5, is zestimated at $[redacted],[redacted], while #2 is listed at $[redacted],[redacted]. Despite similar features like year built, square footage, lot size, style, and neighborhood, there are discrepancies. For example, my house has new vinyl siding, a newer roof, and central heat and air upstairs, unlike some of the other properties. Additionally, my house has 2 bathrooms and is larger than #3 which only has one bathroom. I am puzzled by the pricing differences as these factors should be considered. As I plan to sell my home soon, I am concerned about these inaccuracies on Zillow impacting potential buyers. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

However, after sending in the appraisal, the updated value shown dropped to $[redacted],[redacted]. If you are unable to display the current accurate value, I kindly request that you remove your Zestimate from my page completely. As a former realtor with Keller Williams, I understand the significance of your website to potential buyers, but the inconsistency regarding my property's value is causing challenges for local real estate agents. This ongoing issue has persisted from the past and needs immediate resolution. My next course of action will involve contacting the National Realtor's Association with a copy sent to your CEO, Spencer Rascoff.

I am the owner of the property located at 31 Bellereve Drive in Bluffton, SC [redacted]. I have listed my condo for lease, and I noticed that the Zillow estimate is significantly lower than the current market rates. Several years ago, the property was rented for $2,[redacted]/month, and since then, it has been upgraded, and rental prices in the area have increased. Our last rented rate was $3,[redacted], but Zillow still shows an estimate of $2,[redacted]. This outdated information is impacting our ability to rent out our condo. I recently signed up with Zillow to list my rental cottage, but received a notification that my account is disabled. The message mentioned issues with accessing my properties and advised contacting [redacted] to fix the problem. I reached out to them promptly but have not received a response yet. I even attempted to call without success. It's crucial because shortly after posting my rental, I received two inquiries in just 25 minutes but am unable to respond to these potential tenants.

I recently created an account on Zillow to list a cottage for rent. However, I received a message stating that my account has been "currently disabled" and that my properties cannot be accessed. Following their instructions, I reached out to [redacted] but have not received a response yet. I also attempted to contact them by phone with no success. This issue is time-sensitive as I received inquiries within 25 minutes of listing my rental and cannot respond to potential tenants. We had initially removed it from the market in early December, but it seemed to remain active until the end of the month. Consequently, we had to wait 31 days before relisting it, and upon doing so, the "Time on Zillow" counter did not reset to zero. I currently reside at [redacted] Hightower Rd., Terra Ceia, FL [redacted], and I want to emphasize that my home is not for sale. Zillow's listing contains incorrect information regarding listing dates, withdrawal dates, and is even showing the property as pending, which is inaccurate. Since purchasing the property in [redacted], I have never attempted to sell it. I have tried to contact Zillow through their website and reached out to the agent who originally sold me the home, but to no avail. This issue poses a security risk, especially because the property is located within a [redacted]-acre preserve. I urge Zillow to investigate how this misinformation was reentered after I requested its removal. The lack of response and errors on Zillow's part have caused significant distress. Currently, there is a leak in the unit, prompting the water to be turned off for repairs. Without the owner's contact details, access to the unit is restricted. Zillow's representative must contact the building manager, Erin Ashley of CMI at [redacted] or Joe Quinn, the HOA President at [redacted] promptly to address this issue. Failure to respond quickly may result in the HOA initiating repair actions and billing the owner accordingly.

The incorrect information on Zillow's website could harm my client's business relations, so my client requests its prompt removal. The court order releasing the lien is available in the land records. As a reputable developer with a flawless loan payment history, it is essential to correct this mistake promptly to prevent any damage to my client's reputation. My son bought a home on Zillow from Seven Day Solutions LLC with Keller Williams in Atlanta. The property on South Trace in Rutledge has had well and plumbing issues since moving in. Despite expecting minor problems, the water issue was sizable. I suspect it was hidden and only discovered when using multiple water sources. I fixed it myself, asking seller Janifer Belcher to reimburse $[redacted] for supplies, but received no response. I worry her conduct reflects poorly on Zillow. At closing, she was unprofessional. Zillow should screen users better. Unsure of my rights, I sent her an invoice via certified mail two weeks ago, but no response. Any advice or help is appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Zillow account for a rental application. Today, I faced challenges lifting the credit freeze on my credit reporting agencies. Now that the freezes are removed, I am locked out of Zillow and unable to complete the rental application. Although the message says I will be locked out for 24 hours, I am unsure when this started as I was navigating between Zillow and the credit agencies earlier today, Wednesday. Can someone clarify when the 24-hour lockout will end or assist me in regaining access to finalize the rental application? Thank you.
