I own a vacant lot with a lot #/Parcel ID but no official address yet. I provided an approximate address, but Zillow has placed the map pin on the neighboring lot to the South. How can I delete the address I provided and input the correct one to ensure it maps to my actual lot? The Rutherford County NC Parcel ID is [redacted] and all vacant lots are listed as 0 S Poplar Drive. The Map Block Lot is [redacted] 9 [redacted], and the Subdivision is RIVERBEND HIGHLANDS LO163. Hello, I am trying to get in touch with the owner of [redacted] Alco Avenue in Dallas. They are supposed to meet with me, but I lost my mobile phone data and cannot reach them. I suspect a possible scam at the address listed, [redacted] Carnoustie Trail #2, Arlington, TX [redacted]. A man posing as Mr. Johnson is offering a house for a 1-year lease, Rent-To-Own, for $90,[redacted]. His contact numbers are [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted]. I need more information and verification to ensure this is not a scam. There have been several similar Rent-To-Own listings that appear suspicious, pressuring individuals to pay a deposit swiftly to secure the property.

Hello, I recently had a rental listing for one of our properties that expired. After reactivating it with new photos, the listing still shows an incorrect day count from the previous listing. How can I update this to reflect the actual number of days the listing has been available? Thank you.

My address is [redacted] W Howe Street, Seattle, WA, [redacted]. The Zestimate on my home started low and dropped by $143k within 24 hours. The interior is fully updated with a new kitchen, bathroom, hardwood floors, furnace, and water heater. I plan to work on my yard next. Dealing with health issues and medical bills, I intend to sell. Being a corner lot, my home's current value is estimated at $1.25 million or more. I hope the Zestimate can be corrected to reflect this accurately to protect my equity. I have consulted my attorney but wish to avoid legal action. Please adjust my home's Zestimate on Zillow. Thank you. Ahmad F.

We are interested in buying a neighboring property. After receiving an independent appraisal valuing the property at $85,[redacted] due to its poor condition, we are facing challenges with the homeowner who is insisting on a price of $[redacted],[redacted] based on the Zestimate from Zillow. It seems the homeowner is not considering the objective appraisal we obtained. I noticed that Zillow permits homeowners to edit their property information to potentially influence the Zestimate. I'm wondering if this is the sole method to correct a Zestimate.

Hello, I would like to request the removal of the lower listing for my property at [redacted] North Pine Creek Canyon Road, Pine, Arizona [redacted]. Additionally, please remove all photographs from both listings as the home has undergone changes and the current images no longer accurately depict the property. The outdated picture on the bottom left from the 80s needs to be removed as it does not resemble the property. Likewise, there is no detached garage, and the current image accurately represents the house. Please remove the purchase price as we did not provide this information. I own the property at [redacted] Bellevue Avenue, Melrose, Massachusetts, [redacted]. I need the video removed from my listing. Additionally, I am looking to post a rental listing for the same property while it is up for sale. However, the current system does not permit me to do so. I am unable to access my Zillow account due to the previous real estate agent, Rex Realty, having access to it to add the video.

Hello, I wanted to address an issue we've been facing regarding our property at [redacted] 20th Ave NE, Seattle WA [redacted]. Previously, a real estate agent mistakenly listed our property as [redacted] 20th Ave SW, leading to incorrect information displayed on maps. This situation has caused problems, especially impacting our recent efforts to refinance the property. Despite our upgrades like a storage shed and increased square footage with a sun-room, our property is undervalued compared to similar neighboring houses due to this error. I have managed to reclaim the property, but correcting the location has proved challenging. Even though the address now appears correct, the location remains inaccurate on maps, creating an unjust disadvantage for us. I recently purchased [redacted] E. 25th Ave, Aurora, CO [redacted]. The closing was on 12/12/19, but Zillow still shows it as pending. I signed up for Zillow Rental Manager to list it as a rental, but I can't post it because it shows as pending on the property page. Please advise on how to update this so I can list the property promptly. Thank you.

I used to be with Coldwell Banker, and they had me create an account with Zillow using their email address [redacted] Since I switched brokerages to Equity Real Estate, I no longer use that email and can't log into my Zillow account. All the information is outdated. I changed my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. I have sold more properties than it currently shows, only listing 2. I would like to resolve this issue promptly.

I recently listed my house on Zillow as a for sale by owner after my contract expired with a realtor. I used the same description and photos that were previously used by my realtor. However, the estimated value has plummeted from around $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. This $[redacted],[redacted] drop is concerning, especially since everything is identical to the way my realtor had listed the property. This is frustrating as it undermines my ability to effectively market my house. The address where this issue is occurring is 6 Brittney Drive, Maumelle, AR [redacted].

I have listed an address at Lot 3 Buck Mountain Road, Earlysville, VA [redacted] on the MLS for a To Be Built Project. However, Zillow's algorithms are pulling it as 3 Buck Mountain Road, Earlysville, VA [redacted], which is an existing home and causing issues. I have since changed my listing address to 62 Buck Mountain Road, Earlysville, VA [redacted], but the incorrect data for 3 Buck Mountain Road is affecting its Zestimate and history. The owner of 3 Buck Mountain Road would like the incorrect data removed to reflect the property's actual value. The sale data for 3 Buck Mountain Road in [redacted] was $[redacted],[redacted], while my Lot 3 Buck Mountain Road is listed for $[redacted],[redacted]. This inaccurate information is impacting the owner's refinancing process. I rely on Zillow every day. Recently, about a month ago, I noticed a change in how the listings display. Once the information populates, the center of the screen goes blank, leaving only the background visible. Even when I select another property from the list on the left, the issue persists. I'm unable to access the detailed information about the properties except for the limited details on the right side of the screen and the map.

I rely heavily on Zillow for my real estate investments. Lately, I've been encountering multiple CAPTCHA prompts and even being completely locked out of the site. This hindrance is frustrating, especially when I need to access listings efficiently. I hope to find a solution to avoid these interruptions in the future as I genuinely value the convenience Zillow offers for my work. The thought of having to switch to a different platform for property information is not ideal for me.

I am having trouble signing into the Zillow Rental Manager app. I have reset my password multiple times. Although I managed to sign into Zillow on my computer and the general Zillow app without any issues, I still can't access the Rental Manager app. The error messages have stated that my email address or password is invalid, as well as mentioning that the data format is incorrect. I have tried various methods, even attempting to create a new account, but nothing seems to work. This is creating significant issues as I am actively managing a rental property and need to communicate with potential tenants. I turned to the Rental App for its reliability, but now I am locked out with no support available over the weekend. I am frustrated and urgently seeking a solution.
