I've submitted * requests to try and get my Premier Agent account access issue resolved. I worked for a different real estate team and used *****@***.com as my account email. I am no longer with that team, but am still a practicing realtor. That team HAS released the profile from their team profile. However, I could not log in because every time I tried, it told me I needed to use my email to confirm my account. So, after waiting for a response for a week, I decided to just see if my old team could reactivate my email. I paid them $** to do that for me. Now I have access to the email account for my Premier Agent profile! However, when I get the prompt to verify my account via my email OR I try to reset my password in the same fashion, I never get the email. I tested the system to see if maybe my email was wrong altogether by sending my agent profile a contact request from my personal profile. THAT produced an email, but I haven't heard ANYthing from my login issue requests*attempts. PLEASE GOD HELP ME. I have ** reviews on there I don't want to lose. Thanks!
