I have sent numerous emails, the last one being: First I stopped being able to save searches. No help from support with multiple requests. Then I wanted to just cancel my account and start over for this reason and because I was somehow classified as a landlord professional when I only had one rental one time. So thought a fresh start might help. So then I get an email instead of advising how to solve these problems without in desperation cancelling my account, just saying my account was cancelled! Now I can't set up a new one because it keeps telling me my email address already exists. I lost ALL my searches that DID work, plus all my saved homes that took much research to look up and save. So I'm going to try this, or perhaps call if no response.
