A few years ago, while looking for a property, I registered on Zillow with an email address and a password I now can't recall. I managed to access my account after receiving the login details but noticed a typo in my email address when I posted my property for sale by owner. When I tried to correct it, I was informed the address belonged to another account. My current Zillow account listing my property has the incorrect email address [redacted] instead of @gmail.com, causing communication issues with potential buyers and agents. I need assistance in resolving this problem.

Subject: Assistance Required with Listing Issue at Zillow To Whom It May Concern, I am reaching out regarding a listing at [redacted] Apple Lane in Anna, IL. I have taken over as the Realtor for this property, which was previously listed as a For Sale by Owner on your website. After the owners signed a listing contract with me, the property was supposed to be removed from the For Sale by Owner listing on Thursday. However, when I added it to our MLS on Saturday, the listing displayed incorrect information and duplicate pictures that I did not upload. This has resulted in a messy presentation of the property. I kindly request that the previous listing be completely removed so that I can provide accurate pictures and information for the property. Additionally, the Zestimate currently displayed is grossly inaccurate, showing a value much lower than the actual value of over $[redacted],[redacted]. I have temporarily marked the listing as off-market until this issue is resolved. Your prompt assistance in rectifying this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Charlotte Hartline RE/MAX Southern

I recently listed my property on Zillow. I have some concerns regarding the Zestimate provided. Our house, located in a sought-after area of West Hartford, is [redacted] sq.ft on an acre lot. After comparing with other listings in the town, it seems that our house is undervalued. The town's assessment does not include the [redacted] sq.ft on the ground level, which is above the basement and provides significant living space. This exclusion might be affecting your estimate. I believe a physical inspection of the property would provide a more accurate valuation. Please review the pictures, including those of the additional living space, to reconsider the estimate. Algorithms may not capture all aspects of a property accurately. Your current Zestimate could hinder the sale of our house.

I received a notification from Zillow stating that I own a property and that potential buyers are interested. I contacted Windmere Real Estate in Windermere, but when I called the office, Gina mentioned that the person in the photo was not available. The property in question is located at [redacted] 184th Ave. NE, Woodinville, WA [redacted], listed at $[redacted],[redacted] with a net amount of $[redacted],[redacted]. The MLS number is [redacted]. In December [redacted], I inherited around 60 houses in the area and it seems I own at least this one according to Google and ZILLOW. I can be reached at [redacted] or at [redacted] W. North Street Unit C, Adams, Wisconsin [redacted]. I am interested in assisting charitable organizations and nonprofit foundations. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I had a concerning experience trying to contact Windmere Real Estate in Woodinville, WA. When I called, the office assistant initially indicated someone might be in, but then returned to say the person was actually out. She provided a cell number that redirected me to a male voice recording, although the agent was supposed to be a woman. Additionally, the agent's photo on the website is of a different individual named Brooks Beaupain. This discrepancy raises doubts about the legitimacy of the operation, especially considering Google listed me as the owner of 60 properties in that area back in December. I have reached out via email for clarification, as this situation seems suspicious. Thank you for addressing this matter. - Richard S. Moreland

I recently received a home appraisal from Zillow for [redacted] Bullock Street where I am the sole owner. I attempted to update some information on the site but received an email saying I wasn't the owner, which is incorrect. I believe I have fixed that issue now. However, today I mistakenly updated the square footage incorrectly. When I tried to sign in to correct it, the system told me my password was wrong. I am unable to access my Zillow account to fix the square footage error. The accurate square footage of the heated/finished space should be [redacted]. I appreciate your assistance in correcting the square footage. Thank you, Joanne F. Haselden.

I have been attempting to contact a representative at Zillow since June 17, [redacted], regarding the accuracy of my home's Zestimate. I believe their practices are unfair due to inaccurate information provided by young statisticians. The use of duplicate homes incorrectly listed as comparables has significantly impacted my property's value. Despite my efforts to point out these errors, Zillow has failed to rectify the situation. I suggest exploring alternative platforms such as Redfin or Realtor.com for more reliable real estate information. Collaborating as a community to monitor and address inaccuracies on Zillow may help improve the system for all users concerned about their home values. Together, we can advocate for fair and accurate assessments of our properties. Let's unite to challenge Zillow's algorithmic inaccuracies and hold them accountable for their impact on our real estate investments.

Dear Customer Service, I am facing an issue with a company that listed my house on Zillow without my permission. The company took pictures and a video without consent and listed the property at a lower price than I requested. Despite multiple attempts to have it removed, the listing is still up after 3 months. I spoke to a representative who assured me they would address the problem, but it has not been resolved. Please take down the listing for my house at [redacted] Railroad Street in Statham, GA, as the information and images are incorrect. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards, Wanda and Barry Morris

I recently contacted Zillow Corporate but was informed that it was outside normal business hours. After reaching out to Bryce from the Zillow Help Center, I learned that the house is deeded to another individual. I was advised to provide further documentation to investigate the property ownership. Despite my attempts to contact the realtor's office, they have not responded. It turns out my father, Richard Wilburn Moreland, also known as Richard Moreland, left me some Seattle properties that I wasn't aware of until December [redacted] due to issues with wire transfers from India and Google. I have contacted Zillow multiple times without resolution and also reached out on Twitter. I am concerned about the situation and would like to know if there are other properties listed under my name on Zillow. This whole inheritance ordeal has been a nightmare, and I appreciate any assistance. Thank you. Richard S Moreland

I recently contacted ZITO CORPORATE about a property issue but was informed that I called outside their business hours. I received a response from Bryce at Zillow's help center regarding a house deeded to another person. To clarify ownership, he requested additional documentation. Despite my attempts, the realtor's office has not responded. My father, Richard W Moreland, is listed differently in King County records, creating uncertainty about inherited properties. Concerned about financial losses related to wire transfers, I want to locate the properties mentioned by Google. Zillow is investigating the error but has not provided a clear explanation. Despite multiple calls to Zillow, resolution seems elusive. Reaching out on Twitter prompted a request for Zillow social.com to assist. Uncertainty persists about the real estate office's involvement. Grateful for any guidance in this confusing situation, I appreciate GetHuman's support. Regards, Richard S Moreland.

The email associated with the account is [redacted] Although I have the password, I'd like to update the email to my current one, [redacted] Despite my attempts, the system won't allow me to make this change as it indicates the email is already in use on the website. Any insights you can provide for our project would be greatly appreciated! Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you, Michael Catania

I am having issues verifying my FSBO listing. I have tried multiple times to submit it, entering the zip code, number of bedrooms, and listing price ($[redacted],[redacted]) during the automated verification call. However, I failed to provide the listing price to the verification person when contacted later. As a result, my listing was deleted, and I had to start over. Despite spending over 6 hours on this, I am hesitant to try again without understanding the issue. I double-checked the information after the first deletion, confirming there were no typos or missing details. Our property, located at [redacted] Long View Road, Rapid City, SD [redacted], was previously listed with an agent at a higher price. I appreciate any assistance as reaching the final steps only to encounter setbacks is disheartening. Jan B.

In the summer of [redacted], I received a package from a Zillow agent instructing me to notarize my signature to initiate any sales. However, in June [redacted], upon contacting the property registrar in Ocala, FL, I was informed that my properties no longer belonged to me. Allegedly, I had sold them to Michael D. Hopkins, a married man from Ocala, FL. I obtained documents from the registrar confirming this, including a 2-page document showing a Warranty deed where Thomas C Yeager purportedly sold the property to Michael D Hopkins in [redacted]. Strangely, I did not sign or initial this document, nor did I receive any payment for the sale. I am perplexed by this situation and have attempted to reach out to Zillow without success. I am urgently seeking a resolution to this matter and considering legal action given the nature of the issue. Contact: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Thomas C Yeager

The Zestimate for our property drastically decreased by over $30,[redacted] in just 30 days, which seems very unusual. In May [redacted], Zillow valued our home at around $[redacted],[redacted], aligning with other real estate platforms. This month, however, the estimate suddenly dropped to about $[redacted],[redacted]. This timing is unfortunate, given that we are currently refinancing and will have an appraisal next week. We kindly request a prompt review to determine if there was an error in the assessment. Comparing with neighboring properties in Twin Rivers, we notice that they are priced between $[redacted] and $[redacted] per square foot, whereas our home is evaluated at approximately $[redacted] per square foot. We would appreciate a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Albert and Natasha M.

My name is Taylor Maixner, and I work as a Realtor with the John Fitzpatrick Team at Century 21 All Professional. We recently listed a property at [redacted] SW Aventino Dr, and I noticed that there is additional information on the post that wasn't provided by me. The extra information includes details about another property at [redacted] SW Aventino Dr, Port St Lucie, FL [redacted], with 4 beds, 3 baths, and 4,[redacted] sqft, listed for $[redacted],[redacted]. This seems to be a mix-up and I kindly request that it be removed from our post. Furthermore, there is an error in the displayed HOA fee, which should actually be $[redacted]. I would appreciate it if this could be corrected promptly. Thank you for your assistance in resolving these issues. Best regards, Taylor Maixner

I need help fixing the address on Zillow for our home. The correct address should be [redacted] W Carson, Centralia, WA, Tax Parcel [redacted]00. The address currently listed, [redacted] W Carson, has been changed by the City of Centralia and now belongs to a vacant parcel behind the house with Tax Parcel [redacted]00. Please update this information on Zillow.com and adjust the parcel map to reflect the accurate details as per Lewis County records. If necessary, I can provide a supporting letter from the City or you may verify the information with the Lewis County records.

A single listing on the MLS resulted in two identical listings on Zillow with different addresses. The address on the MLS was 15 Noreast Drive in Bourne, MA [redacted]. One record on Zillow is correct, while the other lists the same data but shows an address of 4 Nye Lane, Bourne, MA [redacted]. This error has led to confusion with two records for one address, showing Zestimates $95,[redacted] apart. Potential buyers searching for Nye Lane end up at 15 Noreast Drive marked as off-market. This technical glitch is frustrating for my clients as it could be causing them to miss out on offers. The solution is to either delete 15 Nye Lane and reactivate 15 Noreast Drive or edit 15 NYE Lane to change it to NOREAST Drive as they share the same MLS Number. It's a simple fix that needs immediate attention. Thank you. - Jim G.

I have a question regarding my home located at [redacted] Bluebird Ln, Rockport TX. The house is not for sale as I reside there. When I bought the property in [redacted], it required significant renovation work, and I purchased it at a lower than retail price. I contacted you after the upgrades to highlight that the value had increased, which you included in the property information without my knowledge. The value was adjusted by you over time from around $147K to $197K, reflecting a noticeable increase in local tax assessments. However, I recently noticed that the value was reduced back to $147K, despite no changes to the property or similar adjustments to neighboring houses. I would appreciate clarification on how this valuation was reached. Additionally, I am unsure how to have the comments I provided in [redacted] removed, as they were intended for internal purposes and not public viewing. Any assistance in understanding the valuation process and addressing the comments would be greatly appreciated.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding the property located at [redacted] Meetinghouse Road, Ambler PA [redacted], which my late husband and I own. Unfortunately, my husband passed away in an accident last November, and I am now selling the house due to a job relocation out of state. In an effort to sell the house promptly, I have reduced the list price twice. Initially listed at $[redacted],[redacted] on 6/14/[redacted], I first reduced it to $[redacted],[redacted] on 6/23/[redacted]. More recently, on 6/29/[redacted], I further lowered the price to $[redacted],[redacted]. I have observed that the Zestimate price on Zillow also decreased to match this latest listing price, which concerns me as the house quality and condition have remained unchanged. I am uncertain about how Zillow calculates their estimates, but I kindly request that the Zestimate price be adjusted back to approximately $[redacted],[redacted], as it was two days prior to the most recent reduction. Maintaining this estimate is crucial to us, as we believe it accurately reflects the value of our well-maintained property. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Best Regards, Iris J.
