I would like my house to be listed without the disclaimer of "Price Reduced." I am experiencing an issue with this and want it eliminated. The property I have for sale is located at [redacted] Smoke Rock Drive in Baton Rouge, LA [redacted]. I had to adjust the price based on comparable sales. Please note I am a psychologist and prefer not to have the "Price Reduced" tag on the listing as it could deter potential buyers. I just want the updated price shown without any disclaimers. Here is a link explaining the psychological impact of such notifications: [redacted]. Our house is in good condition, and I believe removing the notification will be more beneficial. Your understanding is appreciated.

I recently visited the property on May 27, [redacted], with my real estate agent with the intention of making an offer, as I am pre-qualified. However, I was informed the next day that the property does not qualify for an FHA loan due to renovation needs, which surprised me as the financing information from Zillow states it is eligible for FHA guidelines. I would appreciate clarification on this matter. I recently visited the property at [redacted] East 85th Street, Chicago, IL [redacted] with an agent on May 27, [redacted]. After showing interest and being pre-qualified to make an offer, the agent mentioned that the property wouldn't qualify for an FHA loan due to needed renovations. Strangely, the financing information I received from Zillow indicated that the property is eligible for FHA financing. I am confused by this discrepancy and would appreciate clarification on the matter. Thank you for looking into this issue.

We recently listed our home on Zillow. It was purchased as a foreclosure and needed extensive work. We added [redacted] square feet to make it [redacted] square feet with 5 bedrooms, and renovated the entire house with high-quality materials. We completely redid the bathrooms and kitchen with features like granite, crown molding, Kohler fixtures, new walls, ceilings, 4-inch wide hand-scraped hardwood floors, and 18-inch ceramic tiles. Despite our premium upgrades, it seems like our listing may be perceived as overpriced. Comparing to nearby sales, a house two doors down sold for $[redacted],[redacted] with 3 bedrooms and a 2-car garage, and another nearby sold for $[redacted],[redacted] with [redacted] square feet and 3 bedrooms. We kindly request a reevaluation of our home listing to ensure it reflects its true value accurately. The address is [redacted] E. Court St., Elkhorn, WI, [redacted].

Our house is experiencing significant challenges! Potential buyers are relying on the Zillow estimate, and we have been forced to decline offers at $[redacted],[redacted], as this undervalues our property. Appraisers suggest a range of $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted], while data analysts believe our home is worth over $[redacted],[redacted]. Comparing our home to a nearby property with a smaller lot and in worse condition, but provided with a higher estimate, is causing distress. Our home is 20 years newer and extensively renovated, but buyers keep referring to the Zestimate. This situation is harming our ability to sell. Our agents have tried to contact Zillow multiple times to address this issue urgently. Today we have an open house, but the current estimates are hindering our selling efforts.

I want to bring to your attention that this upgraded unit boasts a unique unobstructed river view from every room, with ceiling-to-floor windows providing a stunning perspective of the winter boat parade, an advantage not found in other units. Typically, units ending in 02 facing East command a significantly higher selling price. The Zestimate valuation of [redacted] North New River Dr East Unit [redacted], Ft Lauderdale, Florida [redacted], is notably lower than the county appraisal, which is inaccurate. Condos in the architecturally distinctive Watergarden building, featuring luxurious granite and marble in the common areas, are achieving much higher selling prices. I kindly request that you visit ftlauderdalecondossale.com for more information and make the necessary corrections. It's essential to remove the outdated advertisement from a previous realtor to prevent any misleading information that could impact us negatively. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello! I have noticed that the town listed for our home on Zillow is incorrect. Our property, located at [redacted] Redcoat Drive, Wesley Chapel, Florida, has been incorrectly listed under Zephyrhills. Since we purchased the property in [redacted], it has always been in Wesley Chapel, not Zephyrhills. Wesley Chapel was declared a new town years ago, and despite sharing a zip code with parts of Zephyrhills, there should be no confusion as to its location. As Wesley Chapel experiences significant growth in population, it is essential for the property listing on Zillow to reflect the correct town to aid potential buyers in finding our unique location. Thank you for your assistance in rectifying this error. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation to prove the correct address is in Wesley Chapel. Thank you, Joan Thomas Adkins.

I previously informed you about my property at [redacted] Wedgewood Way and you inquired if my concern was addressed considering the new Zestimate for my home. Unfortunately, the matter remains unresolved. Even though you raised the Zestimate, it was not adjusted in line with the Zestimate for a neighbor's property in the same gated community at [redacted] Camelot Drive, Naples, FL [redacted] in the Vineyards. This neighboring property has [redacted] sq ft less space but is listed with a Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted] compared to my request for $[redacted],[redacted] for my home. I have made extensive upgrades to my property costing $[redacted],[redacted], including a new roof, kitchen, baths, tile floors, hurricane impact glass, and more. I kindly request that you update the Zestimate for my property to reflect its true value of $[redacted],[redacted] at [redacted] Wedgewood Way, Naples, FL.

I uploaded around six or seven older photos of our home to Zillow before listing it for sale. After listing the property with a real estate agent, they took new photos for the MLS listing. However, Zillow still displays the property with the old photos and hasn't updated to the new ones. Unfortunately, I am unable to edit the information on Zillow as the property is now listed with an agent. I've tried contacting Zillow tech support via voicemail and email multiple times with no response. The property address that needs to be corrected is [redacted] Thatcher Pass Rd. in Decatur Island, WA 98[redacted].

I am an agent representing a listing that is incorrectly displayed on your site. The property in question is located at 7 Coyle St., Parlin, NJ [redacted]. When my seller searches for homes for sale in Parlin or Sayreville, it shows as "For Sale" or "Active". However, when searching for the specific address 7 Coyle St. in Parlin, NJ, it shows as "Off Market". This discrepancy is causing issues with my client, who blames me for the error. It is crucial for your site to update and synchronize the town names as Parlin is part of Sayreville borough. Even though in the MLS system it is listed as a Sayreville address, officially it is a Parlin address on tax records. Please rectify this issue promptly by changing the status from "Off Market" to "Active". I await confirmation that this matter has been addressed. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with updating the information regarding my property located at [redacted] Chateau Montelana Drive, El Dorado Hills, CA [redacted]. The Days on Market (DOM) currently displayed is inaccurate at [redacted] days. The correct listing number is #[redacted]6 and it started on 4/18/19. Despite initially being placed on the market in September [redacted], it encountered two contract cancellations in [redacted]. The prolonged DOM adversely impacts the sale of my home, as potential buyers may not review the entire history. Additionally, Google displays it as off-market with an absent Zillow listing, although other realtor websites show accurate information. Zillow previously listed duplicate entries, with one containing incorrect details like misspelled street names and mixed-up images. Although the incorrect listing referencing "Montalana" has been removed, discrepancies persist. My realtor has made efforts to resolve these issues, but with limited success. We are eager to sell our home, relocate to New Mexico, and begin our retirement. Please assist in rectifying the DOM, ensuring accurate listings on Google, and eliminating the off-market status. Your help in enhancing our Zillow listing is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Crfista Dixon.

I completed a rental application for [redacted] Kon Tiki, Apt E8 in Isles of Capri, Florida, and paid a $29 fee. The application was very detailed. However, since submitting it, I have been receiving texts containing the personal information I provided. The sender refuses to identify themselves but claims to have my information. I tried calling the phone number listed on Zillow for the owners, but it just goes to voicemail. I asked the sender to stop contacting me, and now they are threatening to report me to the authorities. I suspect this might be a scam, and I regret sharing my information. Please reach out to me at 1 [redacted]. - Karol Phillips

I am worried about the valuation Zillow has given for my house in the Lake Monticello Home Owners Association. I bought my lakefront property for $[redacted],[redacted] in [redacted], but Zillow lists it at $[redacted],[redacted]. It seems they might be using nearby properties without lake frontage to determine the value. I fear potential buyers may use this lower estimate to negotiate unfairly when I decide to sell. I think Zillow should base their valuation on recent sales of lakefront properties rather than non-lakefront ones. Gregory McFetridge 3 Swan Court Palmyra, VA [redacted]

Good afternoon, I am facing a situation that I hope you can help me with. My name is Mary C., and I am the Broker of Cases Realty Group. I had a challenging client who was going through emotional struggles, and despite being her fifth realtor, I successfully closed the sale and made her happy. However, she left very negative feedback about me online, which is uncommon in my 28 years of real estate experience. I received warnings to be cautious from neighbors and colleagues but proceeded with the sale, aiming to provide the best service. Her negative review is affecting my reputation, and I am seeking advice on how to address this issue. While I understand that not everyone can be pleased, I find this situation unjust. I have not engaged with the client who posted the review, as she was out of state during the entire process. Kindness, honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service are my priorities. Any guidance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mary C., Broker Cases Realty Group, Inc.

My address is [redacted] SE Elkhart Ter, Port Saint Lucie, FL and I want to clarify that the MLS listing is inaccurate. Please refer to REALTOR.COM for the correct details. The property is an auction listing with an on-site auction on Saturday, June 29th at 10:00 a.m. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium due on the day of the sale, with the balance due in 30 days. The listing price is the suggested opening bid. For more information, please contact Wayne Lawrence at [redacted]. Moreover, the MLS incorrectly displays an HOA fee of $[redacted]/month, which is impacting the property's sale. It's crucial to address this issue promptly to avoid misleading potential buyers. It's important to note that this is an auction property, and platforms like Zillow and Trulia have inaccurately edited this information. It's imperative to present the correct details to avoid any confusion for interested users.

We are currently in the process of selling our condo, and recently noticed a significant drop in the Zestimate from $476k to $444k for our unit located at [redacted] Elisa Lane Unit [redacted], San Diego CA [redacted]. Our unit is part of a large complex with numerous similar units. Interestingly, another identical unit in our complex at [redacted] Serafina Lane Unit 30 is listed with a Zestimate of $540k, nearly $100k higher. This discrepancy may affect our ability to sell the property, and we are reaching out to address this issue promptly. It seems the recent change in property description by our real estate agent might have influenced the Zestimate. We kindly ask for a correction of the Zestimate and any guidance on our end to rectify this situation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I have attempted to contact Zillow through various phone numbers and emails without success. I urgently need assistance as the landlord is waiting for our paperwork to proceed with the house rental. I am a realtor in charge of the property located at [redacted] Tiger Lily, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The sellers are dissatisfied because the updated listing description on the MLS cannot be found on Zillow. The revised description is as follows and I need assistance in uploading it to Zillow: This spacious [redacted] square foot home is situated in South-West Ann Arbor, surrounded by popular shops and grocery stores such as Meijer, Target, and Best Buy. It offers easy access to I-94, providing both tranquility and convenience to amenities, downtown, and the University of Michigan. The house boasts ample natural light, is located in an elevated area without basement flooding concerns, and has many new upgrades including four bay windows, a granite kitchen countertop, a new kitchen sink, a new patio door, a well-maintained deck, and fresh wall paint. Additionally, there are new furnace and air conditioner units, new high-quality flooring on the main level, and a newer Honeycomb roof system that is well-ventilated and energy-efficient. It is within the Ann Arbor public school district with low township taxes. This property is a must-see. Thank you for your help in posting this information on Zillow.
