Two homes next to me sold recently for over $ *** square foot and yet my home dropped like in two weeks by over $ ***,***.** I was going to list my house two days ago, but I am waiting for you to fix my estimate. Consumers do look at your estimates even though they are official appraisals and right now we are off like $***,*** off. Please fix it. You had it right. Can a human being get in touch with me? Incredibly frustrated with Zillow.
