Cancel the account that I never otherwise and be reimbursed for all the money I've sent. ... Cancel account. I have stopped my credit card payment with you. You have been charging me a $** fee for years and I talked to one of your support people they were going to get back with which they never did. I was billed again for the $**. I cancelled my account with you years ago. This needs to resolved and I need to be reimburse.
You can't talk to anyone that can get the problem resolved.
Stop charging me and reimburse me the money that has been charged to my credit card.
