I recently visited Zillow's website to check the estimated value of my home. I was shocked to see that my property is listed as going through a foreclosure process. This information is incorrect and violates my privacy. I kindly request that you review the details regarding the evaluation of my home and take down this inaccurate information from your platform promptly. If this is a mistake originating from my bank, I would appreciate clarification on this matter. I want to stress that we have consistently made all of our mortgage payments without any issues. I am eager to hear from you at your earliest convenience to resolve this matter before I pursue legal action. Best regards, T. G. (Address and phone number redacted)

I'm Susan L., and I encountered a frustrating issue when renewing my posting on Zillow. I provided the correct price of $[redacted],[redacted], but the representative claimed it was wrong. Despite verifying my listing price, the representative persisted that it was incorrect without explanation. Additionally, I disagree with the valuation of my property as Zillow includes sales of homes significantly different in value compared to mine. A realtor appraised our home at $[redacted],[redacted], and we listed it at $[redacted],[redacted], later reducing to $[redacted],[redacted]. Comparable properties like one selling for $[redacted],[redacted] nearby aren't considered. I seek a resolution to these discrepancies. Thank you, Susan L.

Hello, I am one of the owners of the property located at [redacted] Maple Tree Terrace, [redacted], which we have listed for rental purposes. Initially, the listing was created in November under the reference VALO174266. However, upon a recent check, I noticed some concerning issues with the listing: - The property was not showing up in rental searches - When searching by the address, it incorrectly appeared as an income-restricted property on Zillow, which was unexpected - The listing seemed fine on other websites, but the discrepancies on Zillow were troubling After bringing this up with my agent and seeing no immediate resolution, I decided to take down the original listing and create a new one with MLS# VALO268686. Unfortunately, the problems persisted and even worsened: - The property no longer appeared in Google searches on Zillow - The incorrect "income restricted" flag was still attached - Strangely, my property photos were now linked to another location, The Woods at Birchwood, [redacted] Summer Grove Ter, Ashburn, VA [redacted] My agent could only submit an online ticket due to your office hours. This situation urgently needs attention and rectification. The misinformation on the listings has potentially led to a significant loss of potential renters and income. The property's location, close to the upcoming metro, should not be misrepresented in such a detrimental way. I request immediate assistance to address these issues to avoid further financial implications. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] promptly, as I may have to escalate this concern formally if not resolved promptly. Thank you, Chitra

I am Darlene Waskiewicz. I purchased this property with my daughter in [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted]. Following a legal dispute, the listings with Kingfisher and Royal Shell for various amounts were made during the lawsuit to resolve our co-ownership. The final sale of $[redacted],[redacted] represents the amount paid to attain my daughter's share in cash, with additional debts forgiven. The current owner, George Gallia, and I seek to remove the sale history from 3/1/[redacted] onwards as it impacts property values negatively. We intend to sell the property at [redacted] Buck Key Rd, Sanibel, Florida as a For Sale by Owner on Zillow for $[redacted],[redacted], considering improvements and a CMA valuation of $[redacted],[redacted] by a Remax agent. Your assistance in rectifying this information is greatly appreciated. Darlene Waskiewicz [redacted] [redacted] George L. Gallia [redacted] [redacted]

A few years back, I listed my property on Zillow, but had to remove the ad after four days due to a family member moving in. Despite my attempts to have Zillow take it down, they were uncooperative. Recently, I noticed fraudulent activity on my account with someone using my information to post fake ads. Now that I genuinely want to sell my home, I see inaccuracies in the listing like the wrong room count and an inflated price due to sabotage. This has been a distressing situation, and I hope to resolve it promptly. You can confirm my identity through Facebook or by contacting me directly. Despite unauthorized access to my account by someone named Paul Paulson, my email remains secure. Any assistance in fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rudy Malizia.

Address: [redacted] Reserve Lane, Naples, Florida [redacted] We closed in September [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted]. Our house is currently on the market, and your company has it estimated at $[redacted],[redacted], an increase of approximately $22,[redacted] in nearly 2 years. This estimate does not consider rising building materials, labor costs, and the overall real estate market. We have made significant improvements inside the home since the closing, including window treatments, custom closets in all 4 bedrooms, a built-in desk with cabinets in the study, a slate wall with custom shelving in the living room, and a custom media/home automation system with TVs, speakers, and custom lighting. Without a detailed appraisal of our property, you cannot accurately determine its market value. If the current estimate is not removed, we will take legal action against your company. A prompt response is expected. If you need to reach us, please call [redacted]. Dennis and Donna Bailey

The property estimate on Zillow for our home has dropped by $[redacted],[redacted] in less than a month, even though the market is stable and active. Your valuation is nearly the same as the selling price from four years ago. We believe your algorithm is comparing our property to two recently sold "tear-downs" nearby. One neighbor's property was listed by real estate agents for $1.5 million, and another house just four doors down is currently listed for $1.8 million. A property less than a mile away, with one fewer bedroom and bathroom, sold for $1.2 million a few months ago. It's evident that the Zestimate is incorrect for unknown reasons, and this discrepancy is significant as we are planning to sell the property ourselves. When we look at comparable properties on your site, here is what we found: - [redacted] S Tropical Trail - [redacted] S Tropical Trail - [redacted] S Tropical Trail - [redacted] S Tropical Trail - [redacted] S Tropical Trail - [redacted] Waterside Drive (sold for $1.2 million) We kindly request your assistance regarding our listing at [redacted] S Tropical Trail.

Good morning, my name is Lori L. and I reside at [redacted] Abbey Lane, Harrisburg, PA [redacted]. I've always valued Zillow and recently checked my home's listing. I was surprised by the price and description. Surrounding homes are listed for over $[redacted],[redacted] more, despite theirs being by average builders. Our custom-built home by Carricato includes a spacious master bedroom suite, a sun porch with a fireplace, and a large upstairs entertainment room in its [redacted] square feet. We paid $[redacted],[redacted] to build it fifteen years ago, and it's unique in the neighborhood with an attached garage at the back resembling a cottage. Despite a low appraisal marking it as a one and a half story home, other appraisals ranged from $[redacted],[redacted] and up. Our basement is sizeable but unfinished as we don't require the extra space. Thank you for your time. Lori L.

I recently updated our information on Zillow, including details about our home's major remodels and upgrades over the years. Despite the updates, the Zestimate only increased by about $1,[redacted], which seems low considering the significant improvements made. Additionally, when attempting to list our home, there were some issues with the callback as we were unsure of the asking price. I would like clarification on how Zillow's pricing is determined, especially since our renovation costs far exceed the small increase in the estimation. Every major aspect of our [redacted] home has been renovated, from appliances to the roof and windows, as well as the bathrooms and kitchen. The flooring was upgraded to hardwood, and the bathrooms feature porcelain tiles. Could you please explain if the $1,[redacted] increase reflects these upgrades? Lastly, the street view on Zillow consistently shows the back of our home. How can we correct this? Thank you.

I've noticed that the information for my property at [redacted] Conrad Point Rd., Lakeside, MT [redacted] on your website is incorrect. I've logged into the owner portal and created a password to list it as "for sale by owner." Despite trying to update it multiple times, the corrections don't seem to reflect when I check my address. Can you please guide me on ensuring that the information I enter is updated accurately on your website?

I would like to propose an improvement to your search engine. Many individuals are interested in living on a single level. While extra bedrooms can be on the upper floor, some prefer to have a master bedroom, bathroom, and laundry facilities on the main level. I suggest adding checkboxes for "At least one bedroom on the main floor," "At least one full bathroom on the main floor," and "Washer & dryer on the main floor." This feature would streamline the search process for those seeking main floor accommodations. Wayne Savard

I am encountering issues with the Zestimate for our home. Our property includes additional square footage from a newer [redacted] sq ft shop with [redacted] wiring, a large stick-built detached shop, a 15x20 storage building, and a backup generator system with wiring and a braking system. The Zestimate only accounts for one detached garage and overlooks our substantial 45x20x16 metal RV building on a separate tax lot. Comparable homes in our area lack the permanent structures on our property yet are valued higher. Our residence is the 9th updated historic home in Sumpter with multiple new outbuildings, two driveways, and significant amenities. Despite my attempts to update the details on your site, there is no option to provide this essential information for a more accurate evaluation. I kindly request assistance with rectifying this discrepancy. If further details are necessary, please contact Scott Craig at Sunfire Real Estate for impartial insights at [redacted].

I am extremely upset regarding the misinformation on Zillow about my property at [redacted] Belmont Farms Drive, Ellenwood, GA. The listing states that it was sold for $[redacted],[redacted] on 5-7-18, which is inaccurate. The property has been in our family since [redacted]. I am requesting information on who reported the false sale of our home and who posted it on Zillow. It is peculiar that the neighboring house at [redacted] Belmont Farms Drive is for sale with identical backyard photos. However, the pictures of our backyard at [redacted] Belmont Farms Drive show trees that were cut down years ago, indicating the information is outdated. Furthermore, the property values in this area are significantly lower than $[redacted],[redacted], with an appraisal value under $80,[redacted]. I urge for this misinformation to be rectified promptly and the listing removed from Zillow as it is misleading potential buyers and constitutes false advertising. I anticipate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you, Sue W.

I am writing to report an issue regarding the display of our property at 20 Pine Dr, Millstone Twp., NJ [redacted] on Zillow. The listing seems to be mixed up with a smaller house at 20 Pine Dr in Roosevelt, NJ. This confusion could potentially impact our future sale as we plan to put our house on the market. The neighboring property at 18 Pine Dr is also experiencing a similar problem, showing information for the Roosevelt location intermittently. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Contact me at [redacted] if needed. Best regards, P. Blake.

I am requesting the removal of all information about my property on Zillow, including the Zestimate. Zillow's algorithm does not accurately estimate the value of my log cabin due to the lack of similar properties sold within a 50-mile radius. Most of the comparable properties used for the Zestimate are not log cabins, which makes the estimate inaccurate for my unique property. The algorithm does not consider the additional living quarters built on my property or the total acreage, leading to undervaluation. By removing the acreage and adjusting the price, the Zestimate increased significantly, but it still does not reflect the true value of my property. I want my listing completely removed from Zillow to avoid misleading potential buyers and to advertise on a platform that considers the unique features of my property. I have a thorough understanding of real estate and comps, and I believe Zillow's model does not work for properties like mine. Please delete all information and history of my property from Zillow. Thank you.

I am having trouble updating inaccurate and outdated details. 1. In the "public view" section, specifically under "see more facts and features" and then "other", there are numerous details that require removal before we can proceed with advertising the property. Despite being the registered owner and agent, we are encountering difficulty editing or removing this information through the "edit facts" option. The section labeled "other" is not accessible under the "owner's view edit facts", impeding our ability to make the necessary changes. 2. Could someone please guide us on transitioning from the Landlord view to the Owner's view?

I am having trouble editing or removing incorrect details from my property listing at [redacted] Golden Cup Ct., Murrieta, CA [redacted]. Within the "public view" section, there is a lot of additional information under "see more facts and features" that I need to update before listing the property for sale. Even though I am the registered owner and agent, I am unable to modify or delete this information through the "edit facts" option. The details located under the "other" section are not visible on the "owner's view edit facts" section, preventing me from making any changes. Could you please provide access to edit the "other" information section on the "edit facts" page so that I can update it accordingly?

Subject: Correction on Property Listing - 3 Bed, 2 Bath Home in Hemet, CA Hello, Thank you for your interest in my property. I apologize for the error in the address on the Zillow ad. The correct address is [redacted] Melrose Ave, Hemet, CA [redacted]. The property is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home spanning approximately 1,[redacted] square feet. The house is still available for rent and is pet-friendly. Rent is $[redacted] with a security deposit of $[redacted]. The property is in a pleasant neighborhood and is ideal for a good family looking for a home. Initially, we considered selling the house but decided to rent it out as we are now living in Honolulu, Hawaii due to a job transfer. We are seeking responsible tenants who will care for our home like their own. Thank you, George & Christine M. Bishop

Good evening. I previously received Zestimates for my home at [redacted] Dotsonville Road, Clarksville, TN [redacted], which I bought on 6-26-[redacted]. However, when I tried to access the last Zestimate email from October [redacted], it indicated no data was available because the house recently sold, which is inaccurate. Moreover, my ownership was not reflected correctly. Interestingly, neighboring properties ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]) are on Zillow, but my home is missing. I intended to link my property to Mint.com for updates but can't due to the missing listing. The previous Zestimate valued my home at $[redacted],[redacted], but there is no current data. I'd appreciate assistance in resolving this issue and having my property listed again for updates. Thank you.

When I listed my house, I received a phone call from you, but I encountered an issue while entering the property price, causing the call to fail. I was surprised and pleased to see that my house got listed despite this problem. However, I noticed that the main photo and the professional photos I had taken were missing. I have been attempting to access my ad to edit the photos and include them again, but I am unable to do so. I keep receiving a message stating that my email is already in use or that it does not match the email the ad was listed with. The email I should be using is [redacted], which I used when I joined Zillow in [redacted]. There is also [redacted], an email address I rarely use that somehow got mixed in. I recently changed my password as well due to an error message. Strangely, Zillow allowed me to use the erroneous password to set a new one. I really need to access my ad as I am receiving many views but no contacts.
