Hello,* I had reached out through the site to be placed in contact with the listing realtor*agent. I was contacted back by someone from Zillow apparently (as they did not state they were not the listing realtor). As I came to find out a week later, this person was from Zillow and only wanted to get me on the phone, would provide NO information as to who they actually were and it took some time to find out they only wanted to get me in contact with someone else as they had no info on the property. They then ignored any request for their supervisors contact information. Have ignored any call from me trying to politely gather such information. * After some work I found the information on my own and reached out to the realtor only to find this home accepted an offer over the weekend. The ineptitude of the apparent zillow agent who I had made very clear to that I needed to speak with the listing realtor has since cost my family the chance at this home. I find it extremely rude and deceptive that this person gave no info that was needed, had no info on the property and wanted me on the phone for info that could have easily been texted or emailed. Their delays an incompetence are simply inexcusable on every level. They could have easily and clearly started they wanted to pass me to someone else as they had no info, but instead wasted a week on my time and my familys time. *The so called "Premier Agent" (I dont see how they are even employed) is named Alex Grace at ***-***-****. That person is in severe need of training as they clearly do not understand the housing market, time zones (yes, I even told them what time I was available for calls and the timezone I am in and they still could not understand that not everyone is in the same one) or the fact that many people have bought homes before and don't need another agent in the middle but there is NO reason for them to block you from information they should be able to easily provide. I could only take so many times of this person saying "I think i can get that for you", well you either can or you can't. Highly disappointed in zillow and this person for wasting my time....
