RE:[redacted] Schooner Bay Circle, Sarasota, FL [redacted] I recently listed this property for rent for the owner. Unfortunately, I made an error with the email address and need to make corrections to the listing by updating the monthly rent amount and changing the contact email address. I am currently unable to access the email I mistakenly used for the listing due to forgotten security questions. The phone number listed is mine ([redacted]) and can be used to verify and contact me. The correct email address that should have been used is [redacted] Despite leaving two messages for Zillow customer service in the past week, I have not received any replies. This matter is urgent, and I am in need of prompt assistance. Please reach out to the phone number provided in the listing or the correct email address above. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am reaching out regarding my mother-in-law's house being listed as sold for $25,[redacted] on your site. She did not list her property for sale. As her power of attorney, I oversee her affairs. We discovered a receipt in her daughter's glovebox with the date her house was built in [redacted], which coincides with the date listed on your site for the sale in March. It appears her daughter, who is incarcerated, and her boyfriend may have fraudulently listed the property as sold. Mrs. Margaret, who has advanced dementia, is not capable of such actions. Please contact me urgently so I can involve her attorney to resolve this issue and protect her home where she resides on a limited income. Thank you. Melissa G. at [redacted] / [redacted]

Subject: Follow-Up: Second Attempt to Set Up Zillow Account Hello, I am reaching out for the second time regarding setting up my account as a real estate agent. The first time I attempted to create the account, I did not see the option to select "industry professional," resulting in an incorrect account setup. Despite my efforts to delete the account to start afresh, I have been unable to do so. I cannot sign in or access the existing account. Could you kindly remove my email address from your database so I can proceed with creating a new account or grant me access as an industry professional? I appreciate your assistance as I have been patiently waiting for support for over a week. Thank you, Nanette R.

I previously listed my house for sale by owner at [redacted] Hatch Rd, Webster, NY. The property was sold in June, but the buyers backed out. I have now enlisted an agent, and I noticed that the Zestimate dropped from $[redacted],[redacted] in the summer to $[redacted],[redacted]. This decrease is possibly due to inaccuracies in the property lines, as it shows .6 acres instead of my actual 1.58 acres. When the house was purchased, the additional property was included. The town school tax bill indicates the full market value of my home at $[redacted],[redacted], with an assessed value of $[redacted],[redacted]. These details, along with the map, have not been updated, negatively impacting my home's value. I have also reached out to Zillow about this matter. Thank you for your assistance. -Brian M.

I have received emails from someone named Ailene Jade Jacinto claiming to be from Zillow Help Center. The last email I received stated that the listing has been removed from the market due to lack of response. However, they requested our listing agreement, which we are not comfortable sharing. I suspect this may be illegal or a phishing attempt. I will not respond to this email. Our property listing at [redacted] 5 Mile Woods Rd is still active on the site. To ensure communication, I will provide my personal email for future correspondence.

I've been trying to get my property information corrected without success. The Zestimate value for my home is significantly lower than my identical neighbors' homes. There are ten identical townhouses in my community, yet my home is undervalued by at least $50,[redacted]. Ready to sell, I can't list it at market value when the Zestimate is $[redacted],[redacted] instead of $[redacted],[redacted] like my neighbors. I've spoken with a Zillow representative who explained that an algorithm calculates this, but something is clearly wrong for 41 Bouton Lane, S.I., N.Y., [redacted]. I am requesting Zillow correct this issue or remove my property from the platform.

I have contacted Zillow three times about a listing issue. My client listed a property as for sale by owner, then removed it when I listed it. However, his contact number is missing, and the old listing shows as FSBO, causing confusion. I have cleaned up the listing under my name (#[redacted]). I got an email asking if I need more help - I replied I need to speak with a real person. No one has reached out, so I may have to complain to the NC Real Estate Commission. I need assistance urgently.

I recently listed a home at [redacted] S Paiute Way, Sierra Vista, AZ on Zillow last week. The Zestimate was initially $[redacted],[redacted], but it was revised to $[redacted],[redacted] yesterday. This same property was listed by an Arizona Realtor in [redacted] with a Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted]-$[redacted],[redacted]. The market does fluctuate, but I find it curious how the Zestimate changed. In the past, comparable homes in the area sold for over $[redacted],[redacted], and there are current listings in that range that are not truly comparable. Offers of $[redacted],[redacted] and $[redacted],[redacted] were declined by the seller based on evidence of higher value. The property is now listed as For Sale by Owner, affecting the inventory of comparable properties. These comps will only be validated upon sale. I kindly request a detailed explanation for this Zestimate revision and would appreciate a more market-driven figure closer to $[redacted],[redacted]. Please reach out to me via email or phone at your earliest convenience. Best regards, Peter Hamilton

I am concerned about the significant decrease in the estimate of my property value on your platform. Despite noticing most properties in my area increasing or decreasing by a small amount, my estimate has dropped drastically by $60,[redacted]. My property stands on over 2 acres, unlike the comparison properties provided, and it includes a large barn and corral, which are unique features not found in the listings compared. Being a former licensed real estate broker, I acknowledge the challenges in finding accurate comparison properties, especially considering the differences like the property size, features, and location. Some of the comparison properties listed date back to [redacted], while others are more recent and are situated on city lots, unlike my property located in the county at [redacted] Havana Way, Brighton, Colorado [redacted]. My home is a custom-built house, unlike some of the comparison homes that are modular in nature.

I have already contacted Zillow three times regarding a duplicate account issue, but unfortunately, the problem persists. The first time I was informed that the duplicate had been removed. However, upon checking the Realtors section, I found that the old account was still present, and a recent review from one of my customers was mistakenly added there last week. When I tried to access the old account, it appears to have been merged with my correct account, preventing me from deleting it without affecting my current account. Despite reaching out to Zillow twice following this, the initial response I received addressed a different "listing problem" unrelated to my issue. I submitted a new help request, but have yet to receive any response at all.

Dear Mr. Rascoff, I have left seven messages regarding my issue over the last four months, all of which have gone unanswered. This issue concerns the valuation of my house, which I believe to be inaccurate and causing me harm. If I do not receive a call from an executive or senior manager soon, I will have no choice but to take legal action, possibly through a class-action lawsuit. Zillow's Zestimates seem unreliable and not thoroughly researched, especially when homes are not on the market. Despite being considered the "Kelly Blue Book" of Real Estate, your methods are flawed. I am disappointed by the inability to reach a human or senior management when calling your headquarters. I await your prompt response. Sincerely, R M Clyne

Hello, I am writing because our property at 14 Pyxie Lane, San Carlos, CA [redacted], has been incorrectly listed on Zillow as a condo for lease instead of a townhouse for sale. This error originated from misinterpreted information from the title company. Despite reporting this issue to our listing agents over six weeks ago, it hasn't been resolved. If you search our address on Google and click on the Zillow links, you'll find discrepancies in the listing details regarding market status and last sale date and price. The correct information is that we are still on the market, and the last sale was in December [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted]. I have noticed variations in accuracy among different Zillow links and other real estate sites, with some being more correct than others. The inaccuracies on Zillow are concerning as many people rely on it as their primary real estate information source. I will also send this message to the provided email address for your reference. If you need further details, feel free to reach out to me via email. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Horace Greeley

I am experiencing issues with my listing not displaying correctly on Zillow and Trulia, despite appearing properly on Realtor.com. I have verified with my broker and MLS that everything is set up correctly from their end. Unfortunately, this discrepancy is causing distress to the sellers as the property is not showing as 'on market' as expected. I have noticed that I have four profiles on Zillow as an agent, and I suspect this may have happened when I changed brokerages. Is there a way to merge these profiles into one active profile for better visibility? Laura A. Halprin, P.A. REALTORĀ® Mobile: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Beaches MLS RAPB BeachesMLS, Inc. Laura A. I am having trouble syncing my new listing at 89 Newton Road, Woodbridge, CT [redacted] in the Smart MLS #[redacted]37 to my profile. I am the sole listing agent, Liz Martin, with CT Real Estate License # RES.[redacted]. It seems that my license cannot be validated on your system, possibly due to the discrepancy between "Liz Martin" and my formal name "Elizabeth A. Martin" as registered with the State of CT. Additionally, my Zillow account linked to my personal email, [redacted], may be causing issues with the syncing process. Despite adding it as a secondary email address, the problem persists. I would appreciate it if Zillow could delete the unnecessary second account under Liz Martin associated with [redacted] to help resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

I have had my "For Sale by Owner" listing online for over a month and encountered various issues. The listing was taken down due to a dispute over some photos I uploaded that were also used by a previous broker. Rather than being informed of this calmly, my paid site and other unrelated sites were also affected, leading me to question who authorized such wide-scale actions. I suspect a hacker may have played a role. Despite this, I am unable to edit the listing properly with missing information and garbled text. I am not blaming Zillow, but I am frustrated by the difficulty in updating the listing. Could you explain why I am prompted to "claim the property" repeatedly and why I am unable to make necessary corrections? Your help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Peter and Sally H. [redacted] Norfolk Pine Lane Vero Beach, FL [redacted] [redacted]

I bought a property at [redacted] Windsor Lane Raeford, NC in October [redacted] and renovated it, including adding a [redacted] sq ft bonus space upstairs. I updated the listing with the new total square footage of [redacted] sq ft. The Hoke County NC tax assessors office will reevaluate the property this week to include the bonus space. However, their records won't show the update until July [redacted] tax bills. I'm selling this home, but Zillow's Zestimate remains at $[redacted]***, not reflecting the added space. Many buyers use Zestimates as a reference, affecting my sale. Comparable homes in the neighborhood have sold for $[redacted]-$[redacted] per sq ft with fewer upgrades. The neighborhood's comps are at $[redacted],[redacted]. Adjusting the Zestimate to the accurate value would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I contacted the site to connect with the listing realtor/agent. Someone from Zillow reached out, not clarifying they were not the listing realtor. After a week, I learned they were from Zillow and could not provide property details, only wanting to connect me with someone else. They refused to share supervisor contact information, and avoided my calls. I eventually found the realtor's info on my own, only to discover the home had an accepted offer. The Zillow agent's incompetence and delays cost my family the chance at the home. It was rude and deceptive how they operated and their lack of professionalism was unacceptable. They should have been transparent about passing me to another contact. The "Premier Agent," Alex Grace at [redacted], lacked market knowledge and mishandled communication. This experience with Zillow and this agent was disappointing and a waste of time for my family.

The square footage listed for my home is inaccurate, causing issues with my homeowner's insurance. After confirming with the city that my home is actually [redacted] sq. ft, not 1,[redacted] sq. ft, I need to address this discrepancy with my mortgage lender to rectify any overcharges. The city representative mentioned this problem is common with Zillow. How can I update the accurate square footage on the Zillow website?

I am reaching out regarding my broker, Edward Rizk, B.[redacted], with GLVAR in Las Vegas, NV, from First Valley Real Estate Group. He recently signed up via the Zillow link to have our office listings displayed on Zillow. Unfortunately, the listings are not appearing as expected. When attempting to access the ZILLOW DATA DASHBOARD, he encounters an error message stating: "Unable to Login. An error was encountered while processing your request." I have contacted GLVAR, and they have indicated that it is a Zillow issue that only Zillow can resolve. The two listings that are missing from Zillow are property numbers [redacted] and [redacted], both listed by me, Therese (Tess) Davis. Thank you for your assistance.

I received an email today at 2:51 pm mentioning DJLindsey. They used to be with my old brokerage back in August [redacted]. I am currently with Coldwell Banker now. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. It seems like they might have received leads related to my property. The email talks about an inquiry for my listing at [redacted] Dartmouth Rd, Saint Augustine, FL [redacted] being sent to one or more Premier Agents, including DJ and Lindsey. If I need to reach out to the client, there is a link provided. I am reminded to follow any rules regarding contacting another agent's client. It's great to market listings through Zillow Group, and the email mentions the option for even more exposure across their sites.
