I own and live at *** W. *th Ave Flint MI *****. I stumbled upon an error that nobody in your company is able or intelligent enough to straighten out. it is as follows: My home shows it was sold in July **** for $*,***.I have left * voice messages for customer service with no return call. I have emailed customer service ** times and I finally get a response that says " Kindly provide a document or screenshot from the county that shows the transaction did not occur on the property". LOL How does one provide documentation for a transaction that NEVER occurred? This is ridiculous. I asked for the documentation that shows a sale in July ****. Please provide me with that documentation or REMOVE the misinformation immediately!!
