Andrew,**I have tried for almost * weeks now to talk to a sales rep about my account and have not been successful. I'm a pretty patient guy but this is becoming ridiculous. I was told last week I would talk to Erick Falessi at the Forum but didn't receive any info of how or where to contact him in Las Vegas. He did text me on ******** stating he would call me the fallowing day. I was never contacted. At this time I would like to either cancel my membership or receive the service I pay for. Its a shame that the customer service at Zillow has regressed so much. When I was thinking of joining Zillow I was called daily, now that i'm a paying "Premier Agent" I receive zero customer service. This is worse the buying a car!!
