Dear Zillow, We, Scott and Helen Sisk, residents of [redacted] Bartlett Drive, Madison, CT [redacted], are deeply troubled and dismayed that our financial troubles have been disclosed without our consent. As responsible homeowners, we believe that we should have the right to decide whether or not details about a potential foreclosure are shared. It is distressing to see negative and sensitive information about our private property being made public. Our 16-year-old son's three surgeries, mounting medical bills, and my husband's reduced income due to company cuts have put us in a challenging position. We are in the midst of negotiations with our mortgage lender to modify our loan agreement, but we are hindered by the requirement to default first. The added strain of our child's health issues and financial woes is overwhelming. The unwarranted attention, breach of privacy, and inappropriate inquiries from strangers, including real estate agents, have only added to our distress. I listed my house for rent four years ago. Recently, I tried to re-list it for sale by owner but encountered issues with Zillow. Despite inputting all the information to list it for sale, I haven't received the expected call from Zillow within 72 hours. The property is located at [redacted] E. 3rd St Florence N.J. When searching on Zillow, it still shows up as "for rent" when it should be "for sale." I set the selling price as $[redacted],[redacted], uploaded new photos, and even added an open house date that has already passed. I am hoping it will be fixed before my next open house on September 16, [redacted], as I want the listing to be for sale only. I am having trouble receiving responses on rental listings in two popular neighborhoods in Denver and Centennial, Colorado. For the Centennial, CO listing, I received a denial notification. A customer service representative mentioned that I did not include the address, which caused the issue. After they said they fixed it and provided a link, it directed me to a house in California instead. I urgently need assistance to correct these listings promptly. I received two different emails from you recently confirming my Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted] for my property at 86 Bison Trail, [redacted]. However, when my listing was transferred, it was changed to 86 Bison Trl, [redacted], causing my Zestimate to drop by over $40,[redacted]. My asking price based on the location and comparable properties is $[redacted],[redacted]. This error is impacting the perceived value of my home and hindering the sale process. I recently received a great review from a client on Zillow, Facebook, and Google. While she managed to edit the reviews on Google and Facebook to include my last name, she is currently unable to edit the review on Zillow. I believe she may not be available today, and I need the review to be updated before closing. It would be greatly appreciated if you could promptly add my last name, Peters, after the initial mention of my first name in the review on Zillow. My property at 48 Candlewood Path, Dix Hills, NY [redacted] was relisted on September 7th after the previous listing on Zillow expired on September 2nd. The new listing includes updated photos and a new price. However, Zillow is still showing the property as if the old listing continued for [redacted] days with the old photos and price. Fearing fraud, I deleted my account. I kindly request the reactivation of my email account so I can login to Zillow again. As an 80-year-old, changing email addresses is challenging for me. I attempted to edit the post to no avail, as it seems only an agent can make changes, which is puzzling as we listed the property as For Sale by Owner intentionally. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I would like to express my gratitude for all the work you do to support small landlords like myself. I had previously listed a rental unit at [redacted] S. Plymouth Ct., Chicago, IL [redacted] on Zillow, and had been receiving messages from Trulia and Hotpads. My listing is priced at $[redacted] (possibly changing to $[redacted] soon), with a night view as the first picture. However, since reposting my ad in August, I have noticed a decline in messages from Trulia, and I no longer receive any messages from Hotpads. It appears that on Trulia, my listing may not be showing up in searches due to other units from the same address taking precedence. When searching for my rental unit using specific keywords like "[redacted] S. Plymouth Ct., rentals" on Hotpads, I couldn't find my listing anymore, and instead, another unit from the same address is being displayed at a higher price of $[redacted] with a different ad. I am hopeful that by addressing this issue, my listing will once again be visible on both Hotpads and Trulia, and potential renters will be able to contact me. I have noticed an error in the Zestimate algorithm for my property at [redacted] NE 22nd Terrace, Fort Lauderdale. The Zestimate for my house is significantly lower than surrounding properties, even though the houses nearby are older and smaller. The Zestimate is around $350k while other similar houses are valued over $600k. The previous sale price seems to be the cause of this discrepancy. My house is currently listed for sale at $669k, so I believe the Zestimate should be closer to that value. This is not just a normal fluctuation as the Zestimate is half the value of other properties in the neighborhood. Please review and adjust this error accordingly.

I recently purchased a property and am curious if it's possible to keep the sold price private. I've noticed other homes just show "SOLD" without the price.
