I own the property located at **** Yale Dr. Westville NJ. I purchased it from the bank, remodeled it and now am trying to sell it. I've made two attempts to list the property by owner to no avail. The realtor feed has been able to show it's for sale but it''s listed as a "Foreclosure"!!! It is no longer a foreclosure. If you need proof, I can email you a copy of my closing statement. What is happening now is, because of your refusal to remove the heading " foreclosure", people think it has problems, is need of repairs and can be bought cheap. This is flat out detrimental to the value of my house. PLEASE remove it. Call me if need be I can verify whatever you need. As it now stands I can not sell my house and this is costing me dearly.
