The issue in GetHuman-bandtdor's own words
Dear Zillow: Our zestimate was substantially lowered by over $**,*** in less than * weeks, & particularly after we had to change our broker to a new broker...Our square footage may have largely generated some of this drop, as it was incorrectly specified, & as well as some other erroneous incorrect facts listed by the replaced broker. We have a **** valid appraisal report specifying our sf as ****sf, (& as you have listed it for us now), along with other pertinent info we had also updated on your link. Unfortunately, our zestimate has still not been updated correctly...Also, you have our days of our new relisting as being longer than it should be, since we had our listing withdrawn for ** days, & we relisted with our new broker on actually Aug **th, finally correctly. (Our property had been incorrectly relisted on Aug. **th, as being **** DALE Road in Green Lane, PA., somehow.) And, WHEN listed as DALE ROAD, & w*o all these issues, our zestimate was actually specified as $***,***-***,***, with the exact same photos, & nearly exactly the same info...(And we had *** views for this incorrect listing timeframe as **** DALE Rd.) As we are currently selling, this drop in our zestimate is deceiving, & causing further negative confusion & repercussions. Please reevaluate our info ASAP using our current supplied updated info, & let us know if a copy of our **** Appraisal Report, (specified as $***,*** value OVER * years ago, & prior to additional improvements), may be helpful to your readjusting our zestimate, along with your other specifications.
