Zillow has detected a boundary problem with their system. They are supposed to send me a message when it's fixed. I did receive a message recently, but it wasn't clear if it had been fixed or not.

tried to verify that my ad was working as I had received no calls in a month......I had tried looking in the Kent area w*o a zip code, and then in the Kent area with a zip code of *****. ... I am not able to see my listing when I do a search for all Kent rental house listings. I've tried to remedy it, and now I have more than one listing for the same rental property address. Please help.
especially frustrating as my rental income depends on it and they can't even tell me when the boundary issue will be fixed. Also the replies I get from my requests for customer service, they either don't answer and issue at all (when I've clearly listed two issues) or they answer in such a way that I cannot clearly understand their answer. Also they frequently come back with referring me to their online Q and A but I've already looked at those and they don't answer my unique question.
Call me at home on *** ***-**** to talk to me in person about their fix. (When?) Also be clear when you email someone back.
I've been a customer several years now. Sure wish they had someone you could call and talk directly to. It is extremely hard to communicate regarding unique, complex items, with email.
Tried everything, and just waiting to be told it's fixed in an email or phone call.
