I have not been able to get in contact with Aaron Mackey he has not answered my calls. I even called Zillow help team and they were sending Aaron a message to contact us. Still no response from him *I have still not received the refund that was approved I was told three weeks and that was over two months ago. Please give me an update as I cannot and will not contemplate utilizing Zillow services until this is resolved. Also when I called the ***-***-**** it says we dont have account. *My number is ***-***-****. *Thank you
I WILL NOT USE ZILLOW OR RECOMMEND ZILLOW TO ANYONE.
I WANT THE MONEY BACK THAT WAS ALREADY APPROVED BY THE BILLING DEPT.
I HAVE SPOKEN WITH AARON MACKEY WHO AT FIRST WAS VERY HELPFUL. NOW I HAVE CALLED HIM NUMEROUS TIMES LEFT MESSAGES WITH NO REPLY FROM HIM.
