There are several issues which I've contacted the realtor about but she says she cannot get a response from Zillow. **. Our property address ( * * * Lakeside Drive Kingston Tennessee) has more than one property on the property address. Several months ago our property was confused with another property in the area and that property have our pictures under their listing period after that was corrected several other properties appeared on our property address. The additional properties needed to be removed from our property address on Zillow. **. Since correcting this first issue several months ago, there has been multiple issues with our property listing. I have created a chart that shows that our house is listed way below the other properties on the same street. Ours is listed at $**.** per square foot when Zillow has specifically stated that properties in this area should be an average of $** per square foot. For some reason our property continues to fluctuate downward, whereas the other properties including the house next door continue to go up in value on Zillow. I've made a chart that shows the house next door and it is valued at $**.** per square foot and it is only ** square feet larger than ours. Ours was built later than their house, and has more acreage. In addition, every other house on this street including those across the street are valued between $** per square foot and $*** per square feet. It makes no sense that our house is only valued at $**.** per square foot. I would really like to discuss this with someone who can help me understand the issue. **. Also when we purchased the house in **** Zillow has the per square foot price at $** per square foot. This also does not make any sense since our square footage is **** and we purchased the house for ***,***. I'd like to understand where they pulled the $** per square foot from.**. According to the county records we have seven **** square foot of "Base" living area. And we are taxed on that square footage. However we actually have **** square feet of heated and cooled living space and we also have appraisal records that will back this square footage up. I'm unsure if there was a mix-up between the county records and the actual square footage, or if the problems we are experiencing have to do with the fact that other properties have been intermingled with hours on our property address. Whatever the situation we are suffering consequences for the buyers that come through that are interested in her home but the valuation is very low compared to other homes even next door.*Everything that I'm sharing with you I have documents that will backup so if you would like to see those in order to discuss this more fully please let me know.
