The property for sale on Zillow has been undervalued. Properties nearby were sold at higher prices even though our home has many upgrades, including new countertops, concrete sidewalks, a 3-car garage, gas heat furnace, central air, and a generator. The generator was installed for $7,[redacted] due to a family member's illness, ensuring uninterrupted power supply. Despite being well-decorated with a spacious deck, the house is not receiving offers. As a realtor, I have showcased the property, but Zillow's inaccurate valuation is causing distress to the seller. Kindly adjust the price or remove the listing from your site. Contact me, Debbie Tomaszewski, at [redacted], or the owner, Martin Sheely, at [redacted].

The property at [redacted] Rosewood Avenue in Feasterville, PA, is a 4-bedroom, 2-story home with recent updates, a beautiful backyard, and a finished basement featuring a wet bar. In comparison, a similar property at [redacted] Hazel Avenue, also in Feasterville, is listed at $[redacted],[redacted]. It has a pigstuy instead of a basement, is described as new construction despite being about 95 years old, and has an added second floor. Surprisingly, a one-story older home at [redacted] Rosewood Avenue is estimated to be worth more than the [redacted] property at [redacted] Rosewood Avenue. Other properties used as comparables were sold many years ago, which might explain the discrepancies in pricing. It would be greatly appreciated if these inconsistencies could be rectified.

I need assistance with a concerning matter regarding my rental property located at [redacted] Osprey Glen Dr., Lithia [redacted]. An individual posing as Kenneth Roll, my husband, has fraudulently listed the property as for sale on Zillow using the address [redacted] Osprey Glen Dr., #0, Lithia [redacted]. This false listing is causing confusion as the property is currently rented with occupants. Despite my multiple requests, the listing has remained active for 98 days. I was alerted to this deceitful act when a potential renter contacted me mentioning a person claiming ownership and urging them to drive by. The imposter is using my husband's name, along with his email address [redacted] I have contacted the sheriff's office's Fraud Department. Please promptly remove this unauthorized listing to avoid any further issues. Please contact me at [redacted] (Indirah Roll).

I listed my property at [redacted] South Chelsea Street, Sistersville, WV [redacted] on Zillow with pictures, but they are not showing up on the online listing. I would like to have the pictures included in the listing. Additionally, there is a local real estate agent named Sara Cool listed on the property with a contact number. She is not authorized to represent us, and I would like her name, number, and picture removed from the listing. Currently, I am unable to edit or make any changes to the listing due to this error, and she is incorrectly listed as our agent.

Subject: Request to Remove Negative Review on Zillow Hello Zillow Team, I am currently selling my own house and managing the listing independently. Although I am an investment Real Estate Broker, my listings do not typically show up on Zillow. To my surprise, I recently discovered a very unfavorable review when I checked my home on Zillow. As a Real Estate Broker with 42 years of experience, I want to clarify that I have never retained a deposit from any client. I do not handle Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs) directly; they are always wired straight to the escrow account, which ultimately controls the funds. In the past year, I only had one listing in Wrigley that unfortunately did not sell. The individual named TIM Hurlbut wrote a negative review, claiming I withheld his money. I do not recognize this person and believe this may be a case of mistaken identity. I kindly request the removal of this inaccurate comment from my profile. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Kim Huntley [redacted]

My account is locked with no explanation. Email responses are slow, asking me to prove ownership though I did this in [redacted]. They requested a deed, but property information is available on Zillow. Asking for a utility bill won't work as tenants pay utilities. I want a manager to call me about my experience. I emailed the team this morning, but my properties are still not fixed. The provided phone number is invalid as no one answers. This service is really poor. Operating hours in California don't align with customer needs. My property address is [redacted] So Marion Street, Denver, [redacted], under the name John S.

I have received multiple requests from someone claiming to be Renata Hensen on Zillow, but after contacting them, they have not responded back. Different phone numbers have been provided, with the latest being [redacted]. Another individual answered one of the calls and asked me to inform the scammer not to use her name and number. When I reached out to Zillow customer service, the automated system hung up on me after not recognizing my phone number. I believe a representative should reach out to me to address this issue and prevent hackers from using your platform. It would be beneficial to have an initial screening process to filter out unqualified individuals, saving both parties time and effort in the process.

I have been a Premier Agent with Zillow for over 2 and a half years and have spent $3,[redacted] a month on their services. However, in the last 3-4 months, the quality of leads I am receiving has significantly decreased, despite my efforts to address the issue with my manager, Scott Merchant. After escalating my marketing budget to $9,[redacted] without any improvement, I was convinced to switch to a different zip code by Scott, which turned out to be a mistake. I need assistance in resolving this lead quality problem and regaining my position in Galveston. I have tested other zip codes and continue to receive poor leads for the high price I pay each month. I have reached out to another Zillow representative but have not received a response yet. I am seeking the contact information of someone in upper management to address this issue as Scott Merchant has not been helpful. I am determined to resolve this and appreciate any assistance. Thank you. - B.S., Realtor at UTR Texas Realtors

When I searched for our home on your website in Vero Beach, Florida ([redacted] Fortunella Circle SW), I was surprised to see that Zillow's "Zestimate" had dropped to $[redacted],[redacted] without any explanation, even though all similar homes in our neighborhood are listed for mid $[redacted],000s to over $[redacted],[redacted]. To provide some context, we were the first buyers in the "Lake Mandarin" subdivision, signing a purchase agreement in March [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted]. Construction finished in March [redacted], and we made additional improvements since then, such as adding a 35' x 30' screened patio, a 15' x 15' rear pad, and a [redacted]' walkway. Considering the initial price and average appreciation, our home's value should be around $[redacted],[redacted], as indicated on your site. We are planning to sell in the next 6 months with an estimated listing price of $[redacted],[redacted] based on our neighbors' prices. We request Zillow to adjust our "Zestimate" to a more realistic value of at least $[redacted],[redacted]. Our "Avalon" model with a "Mediterranean" elevation is the priciest in the area, with a similar home selling for $[redacted],[redacted] six months ago.

The property information for 7 East Lake Place, Middletown, CT [redacted] appears to be inaccurate. The description seems to be referencing a different property at 7 East Lake Drive. I have tried to update details like square footage and bathrooms on Zillow, but I am unable to edit the description. The house was last sold in [redacted] to my sister, Laura Trotta, who passed away in September. I inherited the property through probate and currently have no plans to sell. The town recently appraised the house at $[redacted],[redacted], which is in line with the current market value. Please reach out to me for further details. Thank you. Marcia Prestridge

I reside at [redacted] NE Pinecrest Lakes Blvd in Jensen Beach, FL [redacted]. My parents also reside with us, and recently my mother purchased a portion of the home to protect her assets legally. This may appear as a sale on your website, which is inaccurate since we did not actually sell the house publicly. The purchase made by my mother only reflects a part of the home's value, not the full amount. Kindly remove the erroneous information about the sale from your site as it distorts the home's value. The misinformation is causing the property to appear undervalued by around $[redacted],[redacted] compared to Zillow's estimate before the changes. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] for a prompt resolution. Thank you, Kathy Kopani

Dear Support Team, Last night, I attempted to post my home for sale by owner (FSBO). The ad had the correct address, but when a Zillow representative called to verify the information, they claimed my address was incorrect due to an error in their GPS system. Despite my efforts to confirm the address was accurate on the ad, the representative insisted it was wrong and advised me to rewrite the ad before reposting. Unfortunately, when I tried to access the ad again, it was no longer available. I contacted the verification number provided, but the person I spoke with was unable to assist me further, only confirming that I needed to resubmit the ad. Losing the carefully chosen pictures we worked on for two days was disappointing. My email is [redacted], profile Jackmccarthy1, and the address on the ad is [redacted] E Potter Rd. Burton Mi [redacted]. For any prompt assistance you can provide, I would be grateful as I had hoped to attract weekend traffic with my ad. Thank you. Best, J.M.

I am having trouble listing my property at [redacted] Clark Avenue, Ashland, OR for rent. I cannot access my published rental listing through my owner dashboard. Initially, there were two listings for the same property, and after editing one with 4 photos, I listed it for rent. However, the other listing remains unchanged. When I log into Zillow, I only see the old unedited off-market listing and not the rental listing in my dashboard. I am unsure if renters can view my listing. Would it be possible to remove the duplicate listing and keep the updated one? Or do I need to have separate home information flags for rent and sale? If so, how can I transfer information to the second listing? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am interested in learning more about how Zillow conducts their rental rate calculations, specifically for properties in Santa Cruz, CA. It's been stated that rents have spiked by 46% in the last 4 years, a figure that surprises me as a landlord who hasn't implemented such drastic increases. I've never observed such steep trends in our area. Can you provide insight into the methodology used for this analysis and the specific properties involved in the [redacted] rental averaging? Additionally, I'd like to know if there were any high-priced rentals like a $[redacted]/month beach property included in the [redacted] calculations that could have skewed the averages. I believe understanding these details is crucial, especially as these statistics are influencing Rent Control discussions in our community. As a Realtor, I'm accustomed to investigating values, and I find these reported changes perplexing. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Marcy K. [redacted]

I came across reviews for Toby Harris III of Movement Mortgage in Virginia Beach, VA on Zillow. I noticed a pattern where most reviews, all posted on the same day, were written by Loan Officers from the same company. This seems to go against Zillow's policies as reviews should come from actual customers, not colleagues trying to boost someone's reputation. These misleading reviews should be taken down, and the loan officers involved should be notified about this violation. It's important for reviews to be honest reflections of customer experiences, not fabricated compliments from coworkers. Zillow's review policy specifically states that only closed transaction participants can leave reviews. Thank you for addressing this.

I am seeking advice on how to effectively market the three different units in my building. The first unit is a 1+1 that is not updated, featuring tile and white appliances. The second unit is also a 1+1 but has been updated with granite. The third unit is a 2+1 that is updated with granite and stainless steel appliances. However, when users search for a 2-bedroom in my area on Zillow, they are seeing mixed photos of the units, which is causing confusion among potential tenants. This mixed display of photos is not an effective way to market the units and results in wasted time explaining the discrepancies to interested parties. How can I ensure that the photos of each unit are separate and accurately represent the different types of units available at the same address? Thank you for your help.

There are three different Zillow listings for our property for sale. One previously had a wrong location on the map but now they all correctly display it. Currently, two listings show a zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted] while the other one, possibly from our realtor, shows $[redacted],[redacted]. I've been requesting a correction for two weeks now. After reaching out through a text and a call, they fixed the map and increased the zestimate to $[redacted],[redacted] from $[redacted],[redacted]. Although better, it still doesn't reflect the actual value, creating a misleading impression. Is it possible to remove the incorrect listings and keep only the one provided by the realtor, or can you ensure all three display accurate information?

Dear Forum Members, I wanted to share my experience regarding my agent Fran Jeffers, a premier agent who listed my property on MLS last Wednesday, August 2nd. The listing appeared on Realtor and Trulia but not on Zillow. Despite a few instances where it showed on Zillow when specifically searched for, it does not come up under general searches for "Condo for sale in Rockland, MA." This discrepancy is hindering my sale significantly as many potential buyers use Zillow. My agent, Fran, has diligently posted all the relevant information, including 30 photos and the list price of $[redacted],[redacted], but despite contacting Zillow's office multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I cannot comprehend why this is happening, especially when another property she listed in a different area promptly appeared on Zillow. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated by both myself and my agent who is equally frustrated. Thank you for your assistance, Leslie Landry

I accessed my ZILLOW account this morning and made several edits to change the price. Despite receiving email verification, the changes have not been reflected. This is crucial for selling a property within a limited timeframe before losing the purchase opportunity. I require assistance with my ZILLOW listing and not phone expertise. My Order ID is [redacted]6-37. I have contacted JustAnswer after paying $36 but have not received a response yet.
