We are selling our home by owner on Zillow.*We claimed our home at *** *th St, Chetek, WI and added photos, and information.*There is a problem. Zillow shows * properties at *** *th St, Chetek, WI.*One of the dots on the map is out in the street. And one of the dots is on the house. The lot lines show one lot, but this house is on two city lots, almost *** acre of land. There is a * year old huge oversized * car garage. Additionally in the last year, we had all solid wood Amish floors installed. The kitchen was gutted and all new Amish built kitchen cabinets with solid granite countertops, new sink, new appliances. Laundry room added to main floor. New bathroom, toilet, sink, etc. Zillow is showing the Zestimate to be less than what we paid for the house. And now we have spent a year doing all that work. We tried claiming the other *** *th St dot on the map that is positioned out in the street and added a photo of the garage. But that is not where the land and garage is. The garage is next to the house.**Can you remove the line that divides the property in half, so people can see it is both lots? Then add the two Zestimates together. Also reflect all new kitchen and bathroom with quality materials and woodwork, all new wood floors into your valuation. We also had the property completely fenced and added fruit trees, berries, and landscaping. You can see photos we added on Zillow.**Thank you for your help with this serious matter as we need to get the home sold and get back to our home in Florida as soon as possible. We hope for a quick sale.**Sincerely,*Judy Youngquest
