Your zestimate is inaccurate regarding my property. I took it off the Market because there was nothing I could do to correct your figures. I DID notice some properties had no zestimate showing under the sale price. How does that happen? I must sell my house. I lost my husband in January and surely you can understand my frustration. The analysis you provided is NOT based on other homes in my neighborhood, but rather on the zip code. Someone using a realtor will be advised of the discrepancy, but most of your activity comes from people browsing on their own. Please respond. Thank you.
When Zillow zestimates a property and it conflicts with a recent professional appraisal based on homes in my area, it is false and inaccurate information. I do NOT want to list my property again and have the same problem, so I do NOT want Zillow to use their so-called tools to Zestimate my property.
