We FSBO listed our home three days ago. Went through the phone verification that day and got a notice it was live within two hours. Then after editing the map (it was showing the house is a different zip code), the listing disappeared and now it can’t even find the address when I search for it. Trying to get it back up and accessible - and on the right spot on the map. Have messaged twice through my account and left voicemail with customer service, which was their only option. Have not received any response. Tried calling again and now it says their mailbox is full.
Have tried emailing twice, and calling * times. Forced to leave a vm message once. Other times message said mailbox was full. Have yet to hear back from anybody.
I trust that Zillow will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
