For years, our property has been listed with a Z-Estimate of over $[redacted],[redacted]. Unfortunately, in June [redacted], a challenging renter falsely claimed ownership on Zillow and input an "owner estimate" of around $89,[redacted], which significantly impacted the property's value graph. The accurate valuation of our property lies between $[redacted],[redacted] and $[redacted],[redacted], with an insurance coverage of $[redacted],[redacted]. As senior citizens over 80 years old, we are looking to sell to ease the burden on our 7 children and 24 grandchildren. Despite our efforts, Zillow has been unresponsive to our concerns. During our listing process, we were even questioned by Zillow about our ownership status, despite owning the property for more than 15 years. It is alarming that Zillow allows individuals to misrepresent ownership and tarnish a property's value record. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

The property is listed through an agent who is unable to make adjustments to the listing. Consequently, the Zestimate provided currently represents around a percentage of the home's value. There are several issues contributing to this discrepancy. Firstly, the home is incorrectly listed in a different town, which the agent is unable to rectify. Secondly, the Zestimate initially mirrored the exact pay-out amount from the personal mortgage information, and the agent has indicated that they cannot change this. Despite initially reflecting a percentage of the actual value, the Zestimate has been decreasing by an average of $ per week. Given these challenges, the only viable solution appears to be removing the listing unless Zillow can adjust the estimate to align with the values of comparable homes in the area.

I am having difficulties correcting inaccurate data on my property listed on Zillow with data from the State of Texas. Zillow's errors are negatively impacting the sale of my property. Additionally, the inaccuracies in Zillow's market values are damaging the company's credibility. Utilizing market values verified by the state would offer greater reliability compared to Zillow's own methods, which have been acknowledged as flawed and questionable in the DFW area.

I am having trouble getting inaccurate information updated on my property listing on Zillow. The data they are displaying is causing issues with selling my property as it is not correct according to the official data from the State of Texas. This not only affects my sale but also damages Zillow's reputation by displaying inaccurate market values. The information provided by the state should be more reliable than Zillow's own estimations, especially since Zillow has acknowledged errors in their methods, leading to unreliable data, particularly in the DFW area.

I received a text from [redacted], claiming to be the owner of a house on [redacted] Wincup Rdg.#A. They asked me to text back a code from Zillow, which I did. However, I never received any information about the house from them. Shortly after, two people from Florida contacted me, thinking I was the owner of the house for rent. I explained the situation and mentioned I was also searching for a house. I contacted the property manager and learned many others had faced similar issues regarding the property. Due to this experience, I decided to change my phone number to avoid any further confusion.

My listing was deactivated due to an error in the phone number provided for activation. The person contacted for authentication answered one of the questions incorrectly as she was unaware of the last-minute price change. I mistakenly input her number and didn't anticipate it would be used for authentication. I, Barbara Rausch, am the owner, and my contact details are attached to my Zillow account. The listing remains unauthenticated, and I'm unsure how to proceed. It appears to be in a state of limbo with no resolution in sight. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding my property at [redacted] W Surrey Ave, Glendale, AZ, I noticed that the Zestimate shows $[redacted],[redacted] at $98 per sq ft, assuming it needs a total remodel. However, the current estimated value is $[redacted],[redacted]. The house has undergone a complete renovation with a new kitchen featuring granite countertops, top-tier cabinets, a stainless steel sink, R/O system, and stainless steel appliances. All three bathrooms are also updated with new granite countertops, vanities, fixtures, toilets, and tiled shower stalls with glass enclosures. The flooring has been entirely replaced with tile and laminate downstairs and in the attached office, while new carpet is installed upstairs, excluding the bathrooms which have new tile. The roof is energy-efficient, helping reduce costs, and all windows have been upgraded to energy-efficient, dual-pane, low-E, argon gas-filled vinyl Milgard Windows. The pool equipment has been replaced, and the plaster resurfaced, making everything essentially brand new.

There are several inaccuracies regarding my home information that are causing issues. The listed school should be Cambrian School District, with Bagby, Ida Price, and Branham as its schools. The rent estimate is incorrect; neighboring homes in the area rent for the same or higher amounts, creating inconsistency in your data. The formatting for my house details is incorrect and not my doing. Additionally, there are further inaccuracies in the information provided about my home, some details I prefer not to disclose. The property has undergone multiple remodels since its original construction.

I am experiencing a problem where the photos I upload for my listing are not appearing on the page once it is published. Additionally, both my personal and work emails are linked to the listing, causing issues when trying to make changes. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve these issues. I need assistance to ensure that my listing displays the photos correctly and that my ownership is not mistakenly transferred. My home listing: [redacted] NW 55th Avenue Rd Ocala, FL [redacted] Price: $[redacted],[redacted] I recently had my MLS info updated by my realtor, and it has reflected correctly everywhere except on Zillow. Additionally, the tax information for [redacted] on Zillow is inaccurate showing $1,[redacted] instead of the correct amount of $1,[redacted]. I would like the listing description to be updated to highlight the golf course view of the 17th Fairway and mention the features of my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It includes upgraded laminate flooring, new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large Florida room with golf course views. The Zestimate on Zillow has been fluctuating wildly from $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] back to $[redacted],[redacted], and I am puzzled as to why it changes so frequently.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Zillow without success. A friend alerted me to a negative review on the site, which has surprised me as I value my excellent standing in Real Estate. It is unbelievable that a negative review was published without allowing the individual named to provide their side. I am unsure about the identity of the person who left the review, claiming I sold them a house in Audubon in [redacted], a transaction I cannot locate in my records. The reviewer mentioned issues with electric and plumbing, topics outside my expertise as a realtor. In such cases, we refer buyers to inspectors and professionals for necessary repairs. The review states they discovered problems two years post-purchase, but they have not provided Zillow with evidence of these issues or contacted me directly. This situation is unjust, considering I am unaware of the reviewer's identity. Preserving my real estate reputation is my priority. I request a thorough reevaluation and removal of the review. This morning, I attempted to list my home for sale. After completing the submission, I received a callback prompting me for my zip code; however, I entered it incorrectly and couldn't correct it. Upon calling customer service, I was informed it would take 24 hours to receive a call back for confirmation. I was advised to reach out via email for a quicker response. I hope this can expedite the process, as I aim to have the listing up for the weekend. While I am surprised by the 24-hour wait time, I appreciate the opportunity to list with your platform. Recently, I noticed some "comps" that are not accurate being linked to my property at [redacted] Linda Lane, South Shore, KY [redacted]. These comparisons are not reflective of my neighborhood, as they feature mobile homes with different acreage and sales dating back 8 years. Despite my realtor listing my home initially at $[redacted],[redacted] and now reduced to $[redacted],[redacted], these misleading comps are affecting the online value of my property negatively. Adding to this issue, there is a phone number linked to the listing that does not belong to the property. It would be greatly appreciated if these inaccurate comps could be removed to enhance the chances of selling my property successfully.

My home in Killingworth, Connecticut was listed on both Realtor.com and Zillow.com. Over months, the Zestimate dropped by almost $50,[redacted], while neighboring houses maintained or increased in value. A nearby foreclosed, smaller, and older house had a higher Zestimate than mine, even though it sold for more than my home. Zillow's algorithm seems flawed, as it undervalued my property based on incorrect factors. Despite disclaimers about accuracy, Zillow is a primary source used by consumers and should ensure information is correct. Zillow's refusal to manually adjust Zestimates contradicts their actions with other listings. The disparity in views between Zillow and Realtor.com indicates the impact of Zestimates on buyers, potentially costing sellers thousands. Requesting my new home be entirely removed from Zillow to prevent future inaccuracies has been unsuccessful.

Address: [redacted] Cairo Lane, Dixon, MO [redacted] I noticed that Zillow still has an outdated listing for our property, which has been off the market for 2 years. The photo displayed on Zillow was taken by the homeowner, not the realtor, and we never authorized it to be used. This could potentially affect the property's value negatively. Zillow's estimate is $101k, significantly lower than the last appraisal of $168k. We are requesting that Zillow promptly remove the address, photo, and all information related to our property from their website. If this is not done within 30 days from the date of this complaint, we will be forced to seek legal action and pursue damages through our attorney.

A couple of years ago, I reached out to discuss an issue that persists today. In my neighborhood with multiple houses, many are the same model as mine, like [redacted] N. Oakwood Drive. Despite the similarities, the value of my home is consistently lower due to it facing duplexes. I understand the use of mass appraisal software, but comparing different ownership types like condominiums and single-family homes for valuation is inappropriate. The nearby property, [redacted] N. Oakwood Drive, is forecasted to increase in value while mine is expected to decrease, despite my home being in a more desirable location and better condition. This discrepancy can mislead buyers.
