Recently took out All in * Complete package as at ** Aug ** on the understanding that Ziggo would stop our subscriptions to KPN Internet and ACN Phone wef the same date. Whilst it looks that it is going fine with KPN (we sent the router back to KPN at their request) not so with ACN. They say that they have never been informed and continue to take money out of our bank acct for phone line hire etc. Can you please inform me as to what has gone wrong.

GetHuman-iandoi did not yet indicate what Ziggo should do to make this right.
