My account has been banned due to an alleged exploitation. Both my sons, who also use this Xbox, deny any wrongdoing in Elder Scrolls Online. I have invested significantly in in-game content, DLC, and game time as it is my primary game. I urgently request a resolution before June 5th, [redacted], to prepare for the new DLC. If a permanent ban is being considered, I would like immediate notification. I am deeply troubled by these accusations and would appreciate any evidence provided to support them. Thank you, HERETIC247, also known as Derek Dupuis.

I pre-ordered the Summerset DLC and received the Nightmare Senche mount, the Morrowind DLC, experience scrolls, and more. However, I mistakenly had my credit card linked to a main account that I do not use for ESO. As a result, I am unable to access the Summerset or Morrowind DLCs, my mount, or any other bonuses on my main ESO profile. Is there a way to transfer the pre-ordered edition to my active ESO account? I have invested a lot of time and money into this game with three characters, two of which are Champion [redacted], and I do not wish to start over. I mistakenly placed the preorder content on the "CinnamonBird482" account instead of my main one, "datDABlife." Can you provide any information on when this issue might be resolved? Being a huge Elder Scrolls fan, Summerset is a location I have been looking forward to exploring. Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble logging into my Elder Scrolls Online account. The account recovery tool is not recognizing my information, even though it is correct. I have received emails from ESO confirming my account activation, yet when I try to create a new account, it says my email is already in use. This situation is frustrating as I cannot use my work email for gaming and do not want to create a new email just for this. I recently bought new game content and would like to play it, especially with my limited free time due to my demanding job. I do not want to spend time trying to contact a company without a phone number, so please email me to resolve this issue. I prefer finding my account and playing the game over getting a refund. Thank you. - P. Farrell.

My friend and I are currently playing ESO as part of the Ebonheart Pact and recently encountered the quest "The Missing Prophecy" in Bal Foyen. Our journey took us through Stonefalls and into Deshaan, all the way to the city of Mournhold. Despite battling through 2 Oblivion gates, 10 bosses, and around [redacted] enemies, we were surprised to find out upon arrival that the mission requires the Morrowind DLC, which was unexpected. We were hoping for rewards like gold and experience points but ended up with nothing but disappointment. It seems like an odd way to push DLC purchases. We're playing on PS4; my username is RussianCap19 and my friend's username is Memphis2004.

I am attempting to use a Vanilla Prepaid Mastercard to purchase ESO Plus Membership, but I continue to receive an error instructing me to contact Mastercard or the game developers. I managed to use this same card to purchase the Summer set upgrade previously, even though it took three attempts with the same error before it went through randomly. However, now I am unable to utilize the remaining balance to make any further purchases on the Elder Scrolls website. This challenge has arisen in the past with other prepaid credit cards, where transactions would randomly succeed after failing. Despite confirming the funds availability and taking steps like registering the card to my postal code matching the billing information on my account, the issue persists. It would be greatly appreciated if this concern with prepaid credit card transactions could be resolved to prevent unnecessary time wastage and frustrations.

I recently got suspended from my Eso account right after logging in to play the new Wolfhunter DLC. I was kicked off the server within 5 minutes and upon trying to log back in, I received a message saying my account is suspended. I am perplexed by this outcome as I am an active and fair player in the community, even leading a guild. I invest a lot in this game, so being suspended for seemingly no reason is frustrating. I play on the Xbox North American server with the gamertag iiSpongey. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. Sincerely, Luke.

I am having trouble accessing my Elder Scrolls Online account to purchase the Summerset edition. The website is requesting an authentication code sent to my email, which I haven't received. I am still receiving promotional emails, but not the authentication code since July 10. I've attempted to contact support by submitting a ticket, but the submit button is not working. I've also tried changing my email address to resolve the issue to no avail. It's frustrating not being able to access my account and buy Summerset. I hope the support page can be fixed so I can submit my problem or have an easier way to contact them to resolve this issue.

Dear Zenimax, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time playing The Elder Scrolls Online, your popular MMO. As a devoted player with a deep love for the game, unfortunately, due to new game releases taking up space on my PS4, I won't be playing ESO for a while. I am writing to request a refund for the automatic renewal of my ESO Plus subscription on my PS4 system. While I understand that I legally agreed to the purchase, I hope for understanding as everyone makes mistakes. I kindly ask for a refund and would appreciate an email response from your company to address this matter. Thank you for your attention to my request. Further details about my PSN account are as follows: Username: Big-Blue_1234 Subscription: 3-Month ESO Membership Refund amount requested: $45.45 I appreciate your assistance and look forward to hearing from you soon. I'm seeking a second chance for my account "iiSpongey." I didn't intend to scam anyone, even though there were instances where I admitted to it. The gifts I received were not agreed upon, but I wish to return them or compensate for them. I have put in a lot of effort and time into this account over the past three years. I understand the consequences of my actions and would like the opportunity to earn back your trust. Please consider allowing me to rectify the situation as Elder Scrolls Online has been an important part of my life and a way to connect with friends. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently discovered that three of my characters were deleted from my account without my consent. I suspect unauthorized access to my account due to unusual activity reported by friends on PSN on January 18 between 6am and 9am. This included strange log-in and log-out times and my name appearing differently in our guild roster. Aside from losing the characters, over 1 million gold and crafting materials were also taken from my bank and inventory. I am devastated as I had invested a lot of time in developing these characters and progressing in the game. I am specifically requesting the restoration of my Breton Sorcerer named Amserah Eva, who was at level CP [redacted]. My PSN and ESO user ID is TheEastTower. I hope that examining my messages may help identify who tampered with my account. I urge for necessary actions to be taken against the individual responsible to prevent further harm. I apologize for any frustration conveyed in my message and appreciate your support in resolving this distressing situation promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought Elder Scrolls Online on Steam, and I've been frustrated because I keep having to redownload the entire game even though it hasn't been updated. It's a huge file, over 50 GB, and it's happening on two different computers where I've also bought subscriptions. I've tried to bypass the launcher but keep getting a "client outdated" error that closes the game. I just want to be able to play the game without this hassle. Every time I launch the game, I encounter error [redacted] and I'm prompted to verify my files, which results in the game starting the download from scratch, not allowing me to access my existing accounts.

Hello, I am having an issue with playing ESO PvP. The problem is being overwhelmed by a zerg of [redacted] people, leading to my game crashing. I believe ESO needs to address this zerg issue by reintroducing Magelight, which could increase the damage of the next attack by 20%. This change would allow smaller 8-man groups to counter big zergs effectively. Additionally, strengthening the Destruction Ultimate would also help balance the gameplay. In the Grey campaign, factions seem unbalanced with DC and EP having more players than PvP player Spellwall, leading to overwhelming situations like a tank named X taking excessive damage from EP's [redacted]-player outpost assault. Zergs are causing disruptions in PvP gameplay. I have been playing ESO since its release, and it's disheartening to see such imbalances affecting the game. Thank you, ZOS, for your attention. I feel like our group is being bullied as we lack the numbers to defend against such overwhelming odds.

I am playing The Elder Scrolls on Windows 10. Since the update 29, I cannot start the client (Bethadesnt.exe). Whenever I enter my username and password, it crashes saying it's an outdated client. How can I update the client on Windows 10? When I right-click on bethasdenet.exe, I can't find the option to update in the window. Even in the settings afterward, the update option is not available. Is there a repair tool specifically for clients that can be downloaded separately? Thanks.

I am experiencing an issue with my Elder Scrolls Online account. Previously, my ISP discontinued email services, and recently my PC broke down, prompting me to replace it. I am now unable to log in because the verification code is being sent to my old email address, which no longer exists. Despite knowing the password, I cannot access my account without the verification email. I have attempted to update my email address without success. I have reached out for support, but responses may have been sent to the outdated email. My new email is [redacted], and I am eager to resolve this matter as I am an ESO+ member. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my account name is FullCarbon94. For the past four days, I have been experiencing disconnections while playing Elder Scrolls Online on my PS4. I encountered an issue where I am unable to log in due to being unable to upload the license for the Blackwood edition, receiving error np-[redacted]-3. I am able to log into the North American server and play, but on my main server, I can select a character before getting disconnected with a blue Windows error. I want to clarify that I purchased the Blackwood edition before it expired, and this problem is new. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game, initialized my PS4, but the issue persists. Thank you for any assistance provided.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my ESO account. When I initially set up my account, it was linked to my brother's PlayStation account by mistake. I have since grown to love ESO and have invested a significant amount of time and money into it. However, as I am preparing to move out, I no longer wish to share a PlayStation account with my brother. I created my own PlayStation account and reached out to ESO customer support to inquire about transferring my account to my new PSN account, including my characters and crowns. They stated that they are unable to transfer characters across platforms and have no plans to do so in the future. I am not looking to switch platforms but simply requesting to transfer my account to my new PSN account. I have come across threads mentioning that this was offered in [redacted]. My goal is to continue playing my favorite game on my own account. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased Elder Scrolls Online from Zenimax's website. I used my debit card for the transaction to download and play the game on my laptop. I have been playing solely on this laptop, but recently a required access code started appearing after my login attempts, stating my device was not authorized. While I received the access code via email initially, subsequent requests have gone unanswered. Despite following the suggestions in the generic response from customer support, I continue to be locked out of the game after two months of unsuccessful attempts. Reinstalling the game did not resolve the issue. I am frustrated by the lack of response and the inability to access my game.
