I checked everything on my email account that could block it ... this in concerning Elder Scrolls Online**I am trying to access my account to purchase the Summerset edition to ESO. It is asking for an authentication code that they claim to have sent to my e-mail address. I am not getting that code although I am still getting promotion emails from them (last one on Sept **th). The last authentication code I received was on July **.**I have tried to put in a ticket to support in regards to this issue making sure all fields are filled. I have tried to change my email address to fix this problem. All tickets I try to send will not let me hit the submit button. I am incredibly frustrated. Please Help!**I would like to be able to access my account and be able to purchase Summerset. Either fix your support page so I can submit my problem or fix it so I can get my authentication code or make it easier for me to contact someone to fix this.
Because I get the promotion emails it would seem that they should have access to send the codes too
