Hello, I played ESO for a couple of months and decided to purchase a month of ESO plus. Some circumstances arose that caused me to stop playing for the time being after * weeks into my subscription. I was fine with missing out on the last * weeks, but was unaware the subscription would renew automatically, I now see that I've been charged * additional months since I last played and would like to request a cancellation on the recurring payment and a refund for the * months in which I have not even logged into my account. I plan to pick the game back up soon and would like to actually get some use out of the subscription time when I do. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
